Singh Date of Receipt 24/12/2021How can the grievance be considered disposed of if it has not reached the concerned mandate? It is quite obvious that in the report of the department of agriculture, it has been repeatedly said that the matter concerns PCF but the chief minister office has failed to forward the matter to PCF. It may be they want to shield the staff of PCF so they are taking fruitless action in the matter. Undoubtedly the matter concerns deep irregularity and carelessness but chief minister office is failed to fix accountability of the defaulter श्री मान यह मामला आपके Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Federation Limited U.P. Popularly known as PCF से सम्बंधित है और वह स्टाफ दोषी है जिसने माल अधीक्षक मिर्ज़ापुर से लिखित परमिशन मागी और यह परमिशन इस शर्त के साथ रेलवे द्वारा प्रदान किया गया की पार्टी द्वारा किसी भी छति पूर्ति का दावा रेलवे से नहीं किया जाएगाआश्चर्य की बात यह है की सब कुछ जानते हुए भी मुख्य मंत्री कार्यालय अनजान बन रहा है और एक लापरवाह नौकरशाह की लापरवाही को नजरअंदाज कर रहा है

श्री मान जी खाद दो बार भीगी है पहली बार १४ हजार बोरी D.A.P. अर्थात डाई अमोनियम फॉस्फेट जिसकी कीमत एक करोड़ थी और दूसरी बार २५ हजार बोरी यूरिया जिसकी कीमत भी लगभग एक करोड़ थी प्रकरण का पहली बार ही शिकायत की गई थी और वाकायदा मीडिया कवरेज हुआ था किन्तु उसका कोई असर नहीं था और दूसरी बार फिर खाद भीगने की घटना घटी सम्बेदनहीन नौकरशाही का जीता जागता उदाहरण है Whether chief minister office is failed to understand its meaning that the matter concerns PCF. It seems that PCF is working independently not as subsidiary of department of agriculture so the matter be forwarded to them. According to the communication dated-21-Oct-2021 letter number-1164 of joint director agriculture of fertilizer section Mr. Anil Kumar Pathak, the matter concerns P.C.F. which means Pradeshik Cooperative Federation which details are as follows. Communication is attached to this representation. It is quite obvious that following undertaking is a department of the government and wrongdoer concerns this department so it is obligatory duty of the supervisory body chief minister office to ensure the accountability of the concerned wrongdoer. Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Federation Limited U.P. Cooperative Federation Ltd. Popularly known as PCF i.e. Pradeshik Co-operative Federation was established on 11 th June, 1943 at Lucknow India.Sir the matter concerns the loss of 20 million rupees of fertilizer and the applicant is struggling for more than four years and the most unfortunate thing is that the chief minister office has no interest to fix the accountability of the concerned personnel.श्री मान जी दिनांक छह अक्टूबर २०१७ का पत्र मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय उत्तर मध्य रेलवे इलाहाबाद का है जो की प्रार्थी योगी एम्. पी. सिंह मुहल्ला सुरेकापुरम , जबलपुर रोड जनपद मिर्ज़ापुर को सम्बोधित है और इससे भी पहले का पत्र २६ जुलाई २०१७ का भी है दोनों पत्र वरिष्ठ मंडल वाणिज्य प्रबंधक उत्तर मध्य रेलवे इलाहबाद द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित है जिसमे सीधे रेलवे वैगन से खाद को ट्रक में लोड करने की परमिशन मुख्य माल अधीक्षक मिर्ज़ापुर लिखित मांगी गयी है और यह परमिशन इस शर्त के साथ रेलवे द्वारा प्रदान किया गया की पार्टी द्वारा किसी भी छति पूर्ति का दावा रेलवे से नहीं किया जाएगा श्री मान जी अब आप बताये मामला कैसे रेलवे से सम्बन्घित है श्री मान यह मामला आपके Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Federation Limited U.P. वर्षा जल से खाद भीग गई जिसके कारण सरकार को बहुत ज्यादा नुकसान हुआ आज 5 साल बाद उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार का कर्मचारी यह कह रहा है कि खाद वर्षा के जल से आंशिक रूप से भीगी थी Manure got wet due to rain water due to which the government suffered a lot. Today, after 5 years, an employee of the Uttar Pradesh government is saying that the manure was partially soaked by rain water. How is justice justified by a state government employee submitting such irresponsible reports? प्रदेश सरकार के कर्मचारी द्वारा इस तरह गैर जिम्मेदाराना आख्या प्रस्तुत करना किस तरह से न्याय उचित है श्रीमान जी क्या यही सुशासन है जैसा कि देश के दिग्गज नेता रूलिंग पार्टी के दावा कर रहे हैं Sir, is this good governance as claimed by the ruling party leaders of the country?
