Please direct the branch manager to provide a master card and cancel the GLOBAL Card which is useless for the applicant.
The matter concerns arbitrariness of branch manager, State Bank of India Branch / Name of Bank and Branch : City Branch State Bank of India District Mirzapur who issued GLOBAL Card at the place of Master card consequently applicant is facing hardships and initially he assured that right now Master card is not available to branch but later I will provide you on priority basis but he is failed to keep his promise.

Master card validity up to Feb-2021 bearing 16 digits as 5596010032470039 lost its validity on the first of February. After repeated complaints and procrastination, the branch manager of City Branch State Bank of India District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh issued a global card as substitution of the master card and he misled the applicant that mastercard is not available right now but assured to make it available later on. I said that for google domain renewal, I need mastercard, he assured me that global cards can also be instrumental in international transactions. Today I tried to add one year more extension through payment of Rs.1699.20 to my google domain unfortunately it was declined by the state bank of India. I have attached the screenshot of the failed transaction which says your card issuer declined the payment.
The branch manager of City Branch State Bank of India District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh had assured the applicant to provide the Master card after some time at my address as the Master card was not available at that time.
It is most unfortunate that he/the branch manager failed to provide a master card and today I made efforts to make a transaction through GLOBAL Card issued by the branch manager arbitrarily at the place of the earlier mastercard unfortunately transaction could not succeed because OTP was not sent on the registered mobile number of the account holder.
Whether it is not showing a lackadaisical approach of the branch manager to the services being provided to the consumers?
