Most respectfully sheweth that 1-Construction is being carried out at the place of Kuchcha house made by our ancestors which was 100 years old. 2-Both  Balendra Singh  S/O Jang Bahadur Singh and Baleshwar Singh S/O Jang Bahadur Singh work as salesman at a country made liquor shop one at Mau Aima and the other at Pratap Garh. 3-Police instead of looking into facts of the case taking arbitrary action which supports the criminal element. 4-Both  Balendra Singh  S/O Jang Bahadur Singh and Baleshwar Singh S/O Jang Bahadur Singh sell illegal liquor in the village. 5-The aforementioned duo made a syndicate of drinkers who create nuisance in the society and hurl abuses to the peace loving people.   श्री मान जी, मैं साराय जीतराइ पूरे भावा घीनपुर मऊआइमा का निवासी हु। मेरे पड़ोस में रहने वाले बालेन्द्र सिंह सन ऑफ जंग बहादुर सिंह ,बालेश्वर सिंह सन ऑफ़ जंग बहादुर सिंह अवैध और अनैतिक गतिविधियों में लिप्त है। ये लोग देसी शराब के ठेके पे काम करते है और वहां अवैध तरीके से मिलावटी शराब की बिक्री करते है साथ हे अवैध तरीके से गाजे की विक्री करते है, इसके साथ साथ ये घर से भी अवैध तरीके से देसी शराब और गांजे की विक्री करते है । जिसमे इनका साथ इनकी माँ निर्मला देवी और सूर्यनारायण सिंह सन ऑफ़ नेपाल सिंह देते है। घर में इनके नशेड़ियों और अराजकतत्व का अड्डा है। जो की दिन भर इनके घर पे बैठ के अनैतक गतिविधियों लिप्त रहते है जिससे समाज में गलत असर पड़ रहा है। और इनके घर पे बैठने वाले लोग आने जाने वालो लोगो के साथ गली गलौज करते। Section 441 (Criminal Trespass): When someone unlawfully enters a property, or lawfully enters a property but unlawfully remains there (such as a tenant after expiration of tenancy) with the intent to commit an offence, or to intimidate, insult or annoy the person in possession of such property, it amounts to criminal trespass. Section 420 (Cheating): This provision is applied when someone cheats and deceives you into delivering any property to someone else. #Section 442 (House Trespass): This is a form of “criminal trespass” wherein the trespasser unlawfully enters a human dwelling, or any building used as a place of worship or as place for the custody of property. Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation): Any threat of injury to person, reputation or property with the intent to cause them to do something which they are not legally bound to do is a form of “criminal intimidation”.

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक19-06-2022 को फीडबैक:-महोदय आप जिस जमीन की बात कर रहे है वह आबादी की जमीन है कोई भूमिधरी नहीं है और उस जमीन पर प्रार्थी का परिवार १०० साल आबाद है फिर बटवारा का प्रश्न ही कहा उठता है अब आप बताये अगर हम अपनी आबादी पर घर नहीं बनाये तो कहा जाय आप द्वारा बहुत अच्छे ढंग से न्याय किया जा रहा है जहा तक प्रार्थी द्वारा आरोप लगाने की बात है वह आरोप नहीं यथार्थ सत्य है कृपया प्रार्थी का गृह निर्माण रोक कर विपक्ष के प्रति कृतज्ञता क्यों दिखा रहे है समझ में नहीं आ रहा है श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस आधार पर गृह निर्माण रोका जा रहा है क्या आप मजिस्ट्रेट है क्या प्रार्थी परिवार के आबादी का मुक़दमा किसी न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है
