* Description of Information Sought Everyone knows that proceedings under Section 151/107/116. of the Cr. P.C. are only preventive measures and not pure criminal proceedings, but such proceedings are of quasi judicial nature, The matter concerns the working of the Mau Aima police District-Prayagraj and Circle Officer Soraon District-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. शिकायत संख्या:-40017522135414 आवेदक का नाम-Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh and the report submitted by the C.O. Soraon, District-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh are the core issues of this R.T.I. Application. श्री मान जी, मैं साराय जीतराइ पूरे भावा घीनपुर मऊआइमा का निवासी हु। मेरे पड़ोस में रहने वाले बालेन्द्र सिंह सन ऑफ जंग बहादुर सिंह ,बालेश्वर सिंह सन ऑफ़ जंग बहादुर सिंह अवैध और अनैतिक गतिविधियों में लिप्त है। ये लोग देसी शराब के ठेके पे काम करते है और वहां अवैध तरीके से मिलावटी शराब की बिक्री करते है साथ हे अवैध तरीके से गाजे की विक्री करते है, इसके साथ साथ ये घर से भी अवैध तरीके से देसी शराब और गांजे की विक्री करते है । जिसमे इनका साथ इनकी माँ निर्मला देवी और सूर्यनारायण सिंह सन ऑफ़ नेपाल सिंह देते है। घर में इनके नशेड़ियों और अराजकतत्व का अड्डा है। जो की दिन भर इनके घर पे बैठ के अनैतक गतिविधियों लिप्त रहते है जिससे समाज में गलत असर पड़ रहा है। और इनके घर पे बैठने वाले लोग आने जाने वालो लोगो के साथ गली गलौज करते है  For more feedback, vide attached document to this representation. 1-C.O. Soraon wrote a letter to S.D.M. Phulpur District-Prayagraj to constitute a team to resolve the matter and directed Mau Aima police to cooperate team while earlier Mauaima police itself blocked the construction of room for two months because it expressed apprehension that Riot may take place if I may initiate construction of room at 100 years old abadi land of ancestors. Please provide the time span taken by the police to stop construction work in the name of informing S.D.M. Phulpur District-Prayagraj for a legitimate solution.कृपया एस.डी.एम.फूलपुर जिला-प्रयागराज  को सूचित करने के नाम पर जायज समाधान दिलाने के नाम पर पुलिस द्वारा निर्माण कार्य और रोकने में लगने वाला समय बताए क्योकि प्रार्थी खुद की आबादी में जो १०० वर्ष पुरानी  है घर बनाने में असमर्थ है और प्रार्थी बेघर है किराये के मकान में रहता है 

२ - Provide the circular by taking recourse of which Station Officer Mau Aima has restrained the construction work. जिसका सहारा लेकर थाना प्रभारी मऊ आइमा ने निर्माण कार्य पर रोक लगा दी है, परिपत्र उपलब्ध कराएं 

३ -If the opposite party has managed any stay order from any competent court, then provide the copy of the order.यदि विरोधी पक्ष ने किसी सक्षम न्यायालय से कोई स्थगन आदेश प्रबंधित किया है, तो आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराएं
