Financial Services (Banking Division) >> Deficiency in Customer Service Related >> Issue/Payment of Draft/Banker Cheque

Bank: State Bank of India
Branch / Name of Bank and Branch: City branch Laldiggi District Mirzapur
-----------------------
DD Amount INR 100.00 Commission Amount INR 84.00 Total Amount INR 184.00 Mode of Delivery DD will be delivered at the specified address in approximately 5 working days. It is quite obvious from the attached online receipt that the aforementioned was made by the applicant on 02 May 2022 which implies that more than 10 days passed from the date the service request was made to the state bank of India and according to the receipt, DD will be delivered at the specified address in approximately 5 working days but they failed to deliver the Demand Draft even after ten days. This is a failure of the management of the State Bank of India because of growing corruption, arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the state bank of India. It is quite obvious that the state bank of India has failed to keep its promises made to the customers.

State Bank of India has already procrastinations on similar issues of the bank drafts.
