Grievance Description
Why the huge loss to public exchequer did not come to notice of the auditors of the A.G. office when they were carrying out audit of Local bodies in the government of Uttar Pradesh? Vide attached document to the grievance for more feedback.
It is well apprised fact that matter concerning the lease of the land provided to the lions club by the municipality Mirzapur City and its extension by the Yogi Adityanath government for 30 years is the matter of the deep-rooted corruption. Everyone knows that billions of the municipality land has been provided only at the rate of rupees 50 annual to the lions club Mirzapur. It reflects the deep rotate corruption in the dealings are the senior rank officers of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and signalling rampant corruption in the higher rank administrative hierarchy. Whether it reflects honesty of the Yogi Adityanath government who are running away from the matter of deep rooted corruption in which senior rank officers of the Government of Uttar Pradesh are indulged. Even a layman can guess it that bribes were taken by the concerned public staff in order to provide the extension of the lease to the lions club otherwise why such non public approach was promoted by them ipso facto.
श्री मान जी ५० रुपये वार्षिक पर लायंस क्लब ने नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर शहर की करोडो की जमीन ले लिया इस आधार पर की गरीबो के बच्चो के लिए उद्यान खोला जाएगा तथा सामाजिक गतिविधिओं को प्रमोट किया जाएगा किन्तु ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ जो हुआ वह आश्चर्य चकित करने वाला है लायंस स्कूल एक लड़के से ३०००० रूपये सिर्फ प्रवेश शुल्क लेती है अन्य शुल्क अलग से इसके लीज को पुनः रिनुअल किया गया योगी आदित्य नाथ सरकार के भ्र्ष्ट कर्मिओं द्वारा वह तब जब पूर्व की अखिलेश सरकार रेनुअल से इंकार कर दी थी नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर एक स्वायत्तशासी संस्था है और यह/ नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर शहर रोता गिड़गिड़ाता रहा योगी सरकार के समक्ष की लीज का रिनुअल मत करिये किन्तु व्यक्ति की अखंडता यदि संदिग्ध हो जाय तो वह शैतान बन जाता है जो विद्यालय प्रवेश के नाम पर करोडो रुपये लेता उसका विरोध कोई ईमानदार ही कर सकता है जो मुँह खोलेगा उसका मुँह रुपये से भर देंगे और इस कलियुग में बाप बड़ा न भैया सब से बड़ा रुपैया
श्री मान जी जो योगी सरकार सत्ता में आते ही सर्वप्रथम लीज का एक्सटेंशन ३० वर्ष के लिए आगे बढ़ा दिया उसको अखिलेश सरकार द्वारा अपने पांच वर्षो में इस लीज एक्सटेंशन प्रतिबंधित कर दिया था अन्यथा उनके समक्ष भी अरबो रुपये की जमीन को ५० रूपये वार्षिक किराया पर देने के लिए लायंस क्लब द्वारा कई प्रलोभन दिए गए होंगे किन्तु स्थित प्रज्ञ होने के कारण उन्होंने ने रिन्यूअल नहीं किया जब की लायंस क्लब का लीज २०१० में ही ख़त्म हो चुका था और नगर पालिका बोर्ड द्वारा दो बार सर्वसम्मति से प्रस्ताव पास हुआ था लायंस स्कूल जमीन का ब्यवसायिक उपभोग कर रहा है इस लिए नगर पालिका की जमीन लायंस क्लब से वापस ले लिया जाय बड़ा आश्चर्य है जॉब योगी सरकार प्रदेश में सत्तासीन हुई तो मोदी सर के जीन में जो व्यापार है वह बयार प्रदेश में बहने लगी और फिर क्या बिना समय खोये अरबो की जमीन जो जनता की है ५० रूपये वार्षिक शुल्क पर लायंस क्लब को पुनः दे दी गयी और मोदी सर के जीन में व्यापर है वह अपने परचम लहराता रहा पूरे पांच साल मुख्य मंत्री कार्यालय से अपील है पूर्व की भाति मनमाना आख्या लगा कर ब्यथा का निवारण न करे बल्कि जवाबदेही तय करे प्रार्थी इस भरस्टाचार और आराजकता से पूर्ण रूप से त्रस्त है कोई भूखो मरे कोई मलाई काटे डिटेल के लिए संलग्नक देखे यह शेर गुजरे जमाने के शायर रियासत हुसैन रिजवी उर्फ ‘शौक बहराइची’ का लिखा हुआ है जो प्रासंगिक है 'बर्बाद गुलिस्तां करने को बस एक ही उल्लू काफी है/
हर शाख पे उल्लू बैठें हैं अंजाम ऐ गुलिस्तां क्या होगा।
