The matter concerns the jio mobile number 9696389653 belongs to the aggrieved applicant. It is quite obvious that the network coverage on this mobile number of the jio user is experiencing very much fluctuation.
Think about the gravity of the situation that when there will be no network how the navigation will be carried out by the user. There is an enormous increase in the charges /tariff of the services and such a third grade service is being provided by the jio Reliance.
Repeated requests are being made to the customer care of the jio service provider but they are overlooking the complaints on the ground that there is heavy load on the feeders of the jio. Because of such overburdened feeders they are not providing the proper services to the consumers.
Undoubtedly if two times connection load will be given to the feeders how will they act properly? This is a kind request of the applicant to the accountable public functionaries of the jio service provider to ensure the proper network coverage in the area so that consumers may use the purchased data.
In the name report, Jio submits a parrot reply on the public grievance portal of the government of India which is inconsistent with submissions.

  1. Now a days Jio like companies are only looting the customers instead of providing them services. Undoubtedly such dealings of the companies is because of the corrupt bureaucrats in this largest democracy in the world who are colluding with the companies and filling up their pockets and companies are collecting huge sum of money without providing services to the consumers. This is well planned conspiracy of the service providing companies that they keep the network speed week so that customer may not use the provided data pack According to subscription and company reaps benefits of the saved data. Most surprising is that when the Complaints are made by the aggrieved people then these complaints are disposed of by submitting arbitrary inconsistent reply by the staff of the company which is accepted by the public functionary because there is tacit understanding between the corrupt staff of the government and the company.
