The matter comes under the ambit of the assistant labour commissioner Gorakhpur but he can not dare to entertain the matter against the government of Uttar Pradesh. The corruption is rampant in the state through out.
Whether the department of labour will not take cognizance of the matter that Yogi Adityanath Government is providing half of minimum wages to daily wage staff which is not only illegal and exploitation of poor, innocent and gullible people but immoral act of the government functionaries drawing huge salary from the public exchequer.
According to DFO Gorakhpur, Yogi Adityanath Government is providing half of minimum wages to daily wage staff, not DFO reflects anarchy.

On one side of screen, yogi government in the state talk of good governance but on the other hand in the home district of Yogi Aditya Nath ji, there is a large-scale exploitation of the daily wage staff working in the purview of chief conservator Gorakhpur and Divisional Forest Officer Gorakhpur.
The Yogi Government is thinking about minimum pay wages in the private sector but he must also think about the working of D.F.O. Divisional Forest Officers must know that minimum per month total wages for unskilled staff is Rs.9184 as decided by the government of Uttar Pradesh. Here it must be noted that the Divisional Forest Officer and Chief Conservator Gorakhpur are providing only 5000 rupees per month which is half of the minimum wages decided by the Yogi Aditya Nath government in the state.
Our chief minister failed to curb the exploitation of the poor labourers in his home district from where he was elected member of parliament for record times.
Prayer- To withheld charges of services provided by the aggrieved Satyendra Singh is illegal act of DFO Gorakhpur by using his subordinate. Area Forest Officer Baki range Mr. Jagdamba Pathak was puppet and his communication dated12 Oct 2020 prepared under pressure of DFO Gorakhpur liable to be cancelled.
1-Please restrain divisional forest officer, Gorakhpur for blatantly misusing his power and position to violate the constitutional and human rights of Satyendra Singh provides its services to the Baki range of the Gorakhpur division. Twenty-seven months remuneration has been withheld by the divisional forest officer according to aggrieved victim Satyendra Singh but regarding Nineteen months salary, DFO Gorakhpur is saying that whoever Area Forest Officer has taken services that must provide the service charge. It is evident that D.F.O. Gorakhpur is exploiting on a mass scale to vulnerable sections because it provides remuneration half of minimum wages decided by the state government itself. This reflects the dual face of the Yogi government. Here most important thing is that whether the rule making body government of Uttar Pradesh itself pursuing the law made by it undoubtedly not quite obvious from the arbitrary and inconsistent reply of the deputy labour commissioner submitted before the nodal officer district magistrate Gorakhpur. Think about the gravity of situation that government of Uttar Pradesh itself is providing rupees 5000 per month to the daily wage staff working in the department of forest in the home district of the chief minister Yogi Adityanath and divisional forest officer Gorakhpur is saying that minimum wages is not applicable in the department of forest. This implies that rules are made for the common people not for the government functionaries consequently there is no supremacy of the law which means rules of law is not being followed in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Think about the gravity of situation that government of Uttar Pradesh itself providing half of the minimum wages decided by the government itself in the department of forest and repeated request made by the public spirited people are being overlooked by the concerned accountable public functionaries.
