Executive Engineer and chief engineer Mirzapur having no effective control over the working of S.D.O. Chhanvey is quite obvious from the mass scale theft of electricity and no action on the complaints of the public spirited people as grievances are closed by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports by the S.D.O. Chhanvey. If matters concern theft of electricity and Yogi government is accepting arbitrary and inconsistent reports that implies suspicious integrity of the accountable public functionaries of the department of the electricity as well as monitoring bodies of the office of the chief minister Government of Uttar Pradesh.Sir, whether J.E. and S.D.O. will sit idle and will only draw the huge salary from the public exchequer ipso facto obvious from their working style. There is no transparency and accountability in the working environment of the department of electricity District-Mirzapur of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited.

SinghHonourable Sir, the details of the aforementioned grievances are attached herewith and you must meditate on it that when the core issue theft of electricity is being carried out by the staff of the department of electricity will not be touched, then how the grievances of the complainant may be considered disposed of ipso facto. There are two types of evidence of corruption. 1-Direct 2-Indirect or circumstantial evidence. Undoubtedly the complainant has no direct evidence of the bribes taken by the staff of the department of electricity but there is ample evidence of rampant corruption in the department of electricity which can be argued by the complainant before the competent authorities and will prove that theft of electricity is the source of the backdoor income of the staff of the department of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited. Think about the gravity of the situation that the matter concerning theft of electricity is arbitrarily overlooked by the staff concerned and such arbitrary reports are accepted by the monitoring bodies including officers posted in the office of chief minister Yogi Aditynath who claims to be honest chief minister in the state of Uttar Pradesh. For honesty, there must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public functionaries but the key office in the state of Uttar Pradesh has itself failed to promote transparency and accountability in its function.Main focus is on the theft of electricity but the subordinate office is not touching the core issue and the supervisory body office of the chief minister is overlooking it. As far as arbitrary billing is concerned, you again assured that you will rectify the bill in the next month on the grounds of the meter reading but it was a secondary issue. It means this issue is still unresolved. Now we come to the main issue which is theft of electricity bypassed by the concerned staff and also by senior management of the Uttar Pradesh power corporation Limited ipso facto obvious from the frequent procrastination on the issue.

It is most unfortunate that the on the one side of screen yogi government claiming to be one of the honest government but on the other side of the screen its cryptic working style is promoting theft of electricity in the state of uttar pradesh quite obvious from the working style of the concerned staff.
