Singhविषय-अधिशाषी अधिकारी नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर शहर अपने रिपोर्ट का संज्ञान ले जो इस स्मरण पत्र के साथ संलग्न है जिसमे उन्होंने स्पस्ट रूप से कहा है की शिकायतकर्ता अपने व्यथा शिकायत संख्या -४००१९९२१०२०३३६ का सन्दर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करे जिसमे प्रार्थी द्वारा नाली और ढक्कन के निर्माण के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत की गयी है स्थल का निरीक्षण कराया गया और उपरोक्त निर्माण का लागत ७६४६० आकलन किया गया है स्वीकृत होने के उपरांत कार्य प्रथमिकता के आधार पर कराया जायेगा आख्या अवर अभियंता मनोज कुमार सोनकर द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गयी है नगर अभियंता सुनील कुमार मौर्या के द्वारा अधिशाषी अधिकारी नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया और फिर जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर प्रेषित किया गया महोदय उपरोक्त आश्वासन क्या चुनाव पूर्व का लालीपाप है क्योकि टेंडर लिस्ट में उपरोक्त कार्य का जिक्र नहीं है प्रार्थी द्वारा कुछ सूचनाए चाही गई किन्तु आप द्वारा परियोजना निदेशक के साथ मिली भगत करके सूचनाए न देने का कुत्सित प्रयास किया जा रहा है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी नगरपालिका के कार्यो का जांच चाहता है क्योकि समस्त कार्य सिर्फ कागजो तक ही सीमित है तभी तो सूचना देने से भाग रहे है Prayer or Relief Sought Sir whether you have no knowledge to understand the contents of the R.T.I. application. Description of Information Sought Public Information Officer municipality Mirzapur city who is also the executive officer of the municipality Mirzapur city may provide the following information to the information seeker regarding the Sangmohal ward of the municipality Mirzapur. As the departmental heads in the field offices are the Public Information Officers of the such offices. 1-PIO may provide the information of total development fund provided by the government to Sangmohal ward year wise for the current five years term. 2-PIO may provide the project details executed by the municipality Mirzapur city through the aforementioned funds as required under point one. 3-PIO may provide the estimates and invoices regarding the projects as sought under point two by the information seeker. 4-Please provide the information regarding voluntary disclosure of information by the municipality Mirzapur city as required under subsection 1b of section 4 of the right to information act 2005. This report is a copy of the earlier reports the only difference is that it contains the signature of the district magistrate.
