आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-श्री मान जी दोपहर एक बजे से विजली गुल है सुरेकापुरम और अगल बगल का और यह बिजली जंग लगा खम्बा जो की तारो के सहारे खड़ा था टूटने के कारण हुआ श्री मान जी जब वर्किंग ऑवर में खम्बा टूटा तो तुरंत ब्यवस्था होनी चाहिए थी महत्वपूर्ण है जंगी रोड का अधिकतर स्टाफ १२ बजे और उसके आस पास सुरेकापुरम में ही था महोदय सम्बेदना तो देखिये अभी तक विद्युत् सप्लाई बहाल नहीं की गई क्या इसी तरह से २४ घंटे बिजली निर्बाध गति से दी जाती है शहरी उपभोक्ताओं को श्री मान जी ब्यवस्था बहाल का समय निर्धारण है वह अधिकतम है अर्थात उसके भीतर ही सम्बंधित को अपने दायित्व का निर्वहन करना है किन्तु कुछ लोग उसको अपनी आलस्यता सम्बर्धन का साधन मानते है संदर्भ संख्या : 40019921007061 , दिनांक - 18 Oct 2021 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-40019921007061 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक29-06-2021 को फीडबैक:-आवेदक कर्ता द्वारा वताया गया है कि अधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए समाधान से असंतुष्ट है कृपया समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द किया जाये फीडबैक की स्थिति -जिलाधिकारी द्वारा संतोषजनक में परिवर्तित अंतरित ऑनलाइन सन्दर्भ 29-04-2021 अधिशासी अभियन्ता,विघुत-मिर्ज़ापुर,विद्युत 11-05-2021 सन्दर्भ संख्या 40019921007061 का आख्या पोर्तल पर अपलोद किया गया है. निस्तारित Here the report was submitted after prolonged delay when the matter was concerned with basic amenities being provided to the citizens. How the accountability will be fixed if such delay will be made in submitting the reports. If the end of an action is good then it is said that action has been successful. Here our efforts remained successful so we should celebrate as they have restored the supply of electricity. We should be thankful to the God who changed the mindset of the concerned so they acted swiftly in the matter. Our motive is good governance which can only be achieved if action on the part of the government may be swift and prompt. Supply of electricity is subject to the transformer installed at the site but if there will be delay in installing the transformer then how the 24 hours supply of electricity will be feasible. Undoubtedly the matter concerns the basic amenities being provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh to its citizens if the grievance is submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India will be resolved by the concerned public functionaries after 1 month in such a matter how the basic amenities will be ensured to reach the needy? I think that they must ensure the basic amenities to the needy and supply of electricity is a great problem and when the government functionaries have promised 24 hours continuous supply to the consumers then they must fulfill their promises. Here in this case they were informed properly by the public spirited person so they installed the transformer in the decided time. To install a new transformer but in the case where accountable public functionaries are not properly intimated then when they fulfill their promises? They took one month time to redress the grievance and send the message regarding redress of the grievance. Which does not reflect good governance. Regarding Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, they are not informing the aggrieved regarding disposal of grievances because of corruption.
