ReplyDeleteIt is a fact that growing crime in the state of Uttar Pradesh is because of rampant corruption in the working of the police in the state thereafter same role is being played in the judiciary lower judiciary acting like bastion of corruption.
ReplyDeleteIf the police in the state will act like judge then how the justice will reach to the weaker and downtrodden section specially poor people in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
According to subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005, it shall be obligatory duty of every public authority to provide reasons for its decisions to parties concerned. ReplyDeleteThe matter concerns with the and police is not providing justice to this lady so there is urgent need to pay attention to the grievances of this lady but there is rampant corruption in the department of police in the government of Uttar Pradesh and Yogi Adityanath is not captable to control the anarchy in the department of police in the government of Uttar Pradesh so if the prime minister office will overlook the applications submitted under right to information act 2005 then think about the deteriorating condition of the women and girls in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
ReplyDeleteIt has been practice in this largest democracy in the world that government functionaries are adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter concerned with the the weaker and oppressed section and especially women and girls.
