आवेदक का नाम-सुगुन सिंहविषय-The matter concerns with the atrocity perpetrated by musclemen on the widow Sugun Singh W/O Krishna Kumar Singh An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to know the status of the representation dated-20/06/2021 submitted under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 Last Updated 30th March 2021 with request for immediate action. Aforementioned representation received in the office of the S.D.M. Sadar on 21/06/2021 quite obvious from the attached speed tracking from the website of the department of post. I pray before the Honourable Sir that entire land which is in the side of road is under the possession of Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh and widow is unable to reach the land arbitrarily provided by the Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh as her share who is the eldest son of Surujoo Singh as aforementioned. As stated above his sons are of criminal nature so time and his sons assault the applicant and her sons whenever we go to the piece of land provided by them arbitrarily as our share and Vindhyachal police says that matter concerns the department of revenue so take reprieve from the Tahsil sadar under the law of land.

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the unauthorised construction by the Ashok Kumar Singh Son of surju Singh village babura post babura district Mirzapur tehsil Sadar and main an authorised construction is being made by Anil Kumar Singh son of Suruju Singh of the same address as aforementioned. Here aggrieved applicant is Sugun Singh Wife of Krishna Kumar Singh village babura post babura district Mirzapur police station Vindhyachal. Construction taking place on the unpartitioned land of which boundary has not been decided must be stopped by the district administration so that any problem may be avoided. This is humble request of the applicant to direct the concerned staff of the government to decide the partition of the land as required under the law and direct police concerned to stop the construction of the building at the unpartitioned land.

Whether concerned sub-inspector and police officer can provide the concrete evidence of partition of the land under controversy, if not how can he speak the language of Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh? Undoubtedly, the integrity of the police officer concerned is under cloud. Aggrieved applicant has right to submit representation in the matter because she has the right to submit representation if the construction is taking place on the unpartitioned land and her rights are infringed by the muscle men. Whether partition is feasible after construction of houses on the unpartitioned land? Where is written that police can stop the construction only after the order passed by the competent authority? If the aggrieved applicant submitted representation against the illegal construction of houses on the unpartitioned land, then they had to verify the documents and if the claim of the aggrieved applicant is true, then action had to be taken accordingly.

ReplyDeleteHow the justice is available to the women and girls in the Government of Uttar Pradesh if the grievances are not taken seriously by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh of women and girls quite obvious from the procrastination that it is still undecided and concerned sub divisional magistrate Sadar procrastinating on the submissions of the aggrieved widow Sugun Singh in the matter concerned with the partition of land and they have grabbed the land of the aggrieved widow illegally.
ReplyDeleteWhether the concerned police sub inspector does not know the difference between the grabbed land and the partitioned land? Entire land on the roadside has been taken forcibly by the Ashok Kumar Singh urf Angad Singh Son of Surujoo Singh whether it is partition? It is the obligatory duty of the concerned public functionaries to provide justice to the widow sugun Singh. Here arbitrary reply of the concerned sub inspector is only showing that there is no rule of law in the dealings of the department of police or you can say that there is no application of mind.

Unanimous answer is corruption as our most public servants are corrupt and because of this corruption they overlook the genuine matters on the flimsy ground. Think about the arbitrary reports of the concerned sub inspector who is claiming that partition has been done but not providing single clue which may prove his claim. Such arbitrary and inconsistent report only promotes lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery.
