* Prayer or Relief Sought Mr. First Appellate Authority, appellant submitted R.T.I. Communique on 07/04/2021 and it was forwarded to public information officer on 08/04/2021 and today is 17/06/2021 which implies that public information officer in the chief minister office violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 which stipulates 30 days to provide information to the information seeker from the  date of receipt of the R.T.I. Communique in the office of the public authority. It is quite obvious that Public Information Officer took under teeth the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 because he has no regard for transparency act as it is against the corruption prevailing in our government machinery like jungle fire. Here matter concerns with the serious irregularities committed by the Varanasi police concerned because of corruption, so chief minister office is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter. The matter concerns with the cheating and rape with the unmarried girl and opposition party by colluding with the police concerned who misused his post blatantly by undermining the authority of the senior rank officers before whom representations of appellant is pending.  Please take appropriate action, so the wrongdoers may be subjected to  penal proceeding as required under the law of land. Please take appropriate action against PIO not acting according to provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 and supporting wrongdoer police officers who are promoting anarchy.

  1. Think about the leniency on the part of investigation officer that he is seated on the case in the name of carrying out investigation. Undoubtedly, there is respect for the dignity of women in the parliamentary constituency of prime minister modi Sir. Here prime minister Sir is teethless because to maintain law and order is state subject and state is under the supervision of the Yogi Adityanath.
Obviously it may be Lanka police may not have sent the requisite information but when concerned officers have sought information from aggrieved then it is their obligation to take him under custody but Hritik Ranjan still hatches conspiracy against the information seeker knowingly not supporting Lanka police in the investigation. Please provide the reason for not arresting the accused.

  2. Right to information act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to curb the growing corruption in the public offices but it seems that Congress was interested to curb corruption in the government offices but when the Government of Bhartiya Janta party came to the power they began to dilute the provisions of right to information act 2005 and now position is that not a single point information is being provided by the public information officers in the Government of Uttar Pradesh where Bhartiya Janata party is ruling in the state.

  3. The matter concerns with adolescent girl in which no action was taken by the concerned police because of the corruption.

The matter concerns with Varanasi police which is the parliamentary constituency of our great Prime Minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi who is known as most honest Prime Minister of this country but position is that rape victims are are committing suicide in this religious City of the government of Uttar Pradesh whether it is justified?

  4. Right to information act 2005 is losing its credibility because of rampant corruption in government machinery and non compliance of its provisions because of the corrupt public functionaries of the government.

It is a fact that government of Uttar Pradesh is not providing even single information under right to information act 2005 because they know that if they will provide information to the information seeker then it will reach into the public domain and their corrupt deeds will be exposed in the public so to avoid the corruption exposure they are avoiding to provide information under right to information act 2005.
