Public Authority Central Board of Secondary Education received the communique under Right to Information Act 2005 on 18/04/2021 and did not dispose of within 30 days as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 consequently CPIO  Public Authority Central Board of Secondary Education violated subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
  7. (1) Subject to the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 5 or the proviso to subsection (3) of section 6, the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, on receipt of a request undersection 6 shall, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within thirty days of the receipt of the request, either provide the information on payment of such fee as may be prescribed or reject the request for any of the reasons specified in sections 8 and 9: Provided that where the information sought for concerns the life or liberty of a person, the same shall be provided within forty-eight hours of the receipt of the request. 
   Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows. 

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform; 

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence; 

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

When the prime minister office itself not providing information under right to information act 2005 and not complying the order passed by the central information commission then how can it be expected from its subsidiary from its subordinate ministry that they will comply with the provisions of right to information act 2005.

    Where is the good governance accessible to the people of this country if the the legislation passed by the parliament of this country is not be pursued by the government functionaries of this country.

Undoubtedly Central board of secondary education has crossed every limit of the corruption and most surprising thing is that accountable public functionaries of the Modi government is still claiming to provide good governance which is corruption free and Modi itself does not hesitate in criticising the Congress government in respect of corruption while the actual fact is that Modi government not only promoting corruption but it is shielding the wrongdoers in the department and promoting anarchy in the government machinery and made this democratic republic a Banana republic.
