Grievance Details : Undoubtedly the seller has cheated me and harassed me as well. Coronil kit is an immunity booster for corona patients but cheating of the seller only implies lawlessness and anarchy in the management of the government. How the cheaters are using the credible platform the sell the product of Baba Ramdeo and cheating innocent and gullible people. Order summary Order #404-7542092-0024366 Placed on Saturday, April 17, 2021 More detail is attached. Today the order was delivered by the courier agent. This parcel contains no item. It was surprising for us. Since we were alert so we had made the Video when we were opening the video. We were surprised to see it that in the parcel delivered by the courier agent, there was no item purchased by the applicant. I had made the payment of Rs.999 through my bank account online on the Amazon website. Sir Video is the audio and visual proof. Whether it is not cheating that they promised to provide the coronil kit and I had paid for it but they cheated me in this era of the coronavirus pandemic. I will share this video on my website yogi.systems . I made a complaint immediately to customer care and he assured the applicant to refund the paid amount but still no status is available in regard to refund. Now refund status they have sent four minutes ago. This email is also attached.

Company Remark : Basis your complaint and as per information so received from the seller, it is submitted that the refund worth Rs. 999.00 was issue into your original payment method on 23 April 2021. In case you have not received the refund, you are requested to contact your banker and file a charge dispute against the transaction. The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
