Sir, the case is related to the police station in-charge of Jigna police station, Mirzapur district, police circle Lalganj, Mirzapur district.
To register First Information report against Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh, Dilip Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh, Jaydheer Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh and two sons of Jaydheer Singh.
The aforementioned offenders hurled abuses not only applicant and his son but also driver of the tractor who was ploughing the farm land.
This criminal incident took place on 8th June 2024 in the morning and the photographs of the farming land has been attached to the grievance.
महोदय, मामला थाना जिगना, जिला मिर्जापुर, पुलिस सर्किल लालगंज, जिला मिर्जापुर के थाना प्रभारी से संबंधित है।
रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र भानु प्रताप सिंह, दिलीप सिंह पुत्र रघुवर दयाल सिंह, जयधीर सिंह पुत्र रघुवर दयाल सिंह तथा जयधीर सिंह के दो पुत्रों के विरुद्ध प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट पंजीकृत करने हेतु।
उपर्युक्त अपराधियों ने न केवल प्रार्थी व उसके पुत्र के साथ बल्कि खेत की जमीन जोत रहे ट्रैक्टर के चालक के साथ भी गाली-गलौज की।
Most respected sir, how can such illegal activities be justified by the station house officer police station Jigna? It is regretting to inform that station house officer Jigna visited the village of the applicant day before yesterday and before him Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh assured the station house officer Jigna that he is not creating any hurdle in farming to the applicant and not any kind of hindrance is being produced by them in farming the land but that assurance proven to be false.
आदरणीय महोदय, थाना जिगना के थाना प्रभारी द्वारा इस प्रकार की अवैध गतिविधियों को कैसे उचित ठहराया जा सकता है? खेद के साथ सूचित करना पड़ रहा है कि थाना प्रभारी जिगना परसों प्रार्थी के गांव में आये थे तथा उनके समक्ष रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र भानु प्रताप सिंह ने थाना प्रभारी जिगना को आश्वासन दिया था कि वह प्रार्थी को खेती करने में कोई बाधा उत्पन्न नहीं कर रहे हैं तथा प्रार्थी द्वारा खेती करने में किसी भी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न नहीं की जा रही है, परन्तु यह आश्वासन झूठा निकला।
On the one side of a screen our political masters and accountable bureaucrats claim to provide criminals free society but who are such people restraining the applicant to plough farming land. Momentum the law and order in the state is the state subject.
First question is that on which ground Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh restrained the applicant from ploughing the field and hurled abuses with his colleagues which was embarrassing situation for the applicant.
एक तरफ हमारे राजनीतिक आका और जवाबदेह नौकरशाह अपराधी मुक्त समाज देने का दावा करते हैं, लेकिन वे कौन लोग हैं जो आवेदक को खेती की जमीन जोतने से रोक रहे हैं। फिलहाल राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था राज्य का विषय है। पहला सवाल यह है कि किस आधार पर रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र भानु प्रताप सिंह ने आवेदक को खेत जोतने से रोका और अपने साथियों के साथ गाली-गलौज की, जो आवेदक के लिए शर्मनाक स्थिति थी।
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir to take action in the matter in accordance with the law so that justice must be accessible to the applicant.
