The matter concerns the working of the Commissioner, Lucknow police and offence committed by his subordinates.
It is quite obvious that the report submitted by the investigation officer under the supervision of the assistant commissioner of police belonging to the commissionerate Lucknow.
Sir, the report is submitted before you. Sir, it is respectfully inform you that the above case is related to the Municipal Corporation and Nagar Panchayat. The matter concerns grabbing of the land which must be processed under the criminal procedure code and Indian penal code and it will be entertained by the police concerned.
Think about the gravity of the situation when the entire family members of the applicant were called in the police station and construction of the opposite parties took place in the private road of the applicant then concerned Kotwal of the Krishna Nagar police station did not say that the matter concerns the municipal corporation and nagar panchayat.
In this matter police have two options, one of them is to provide the copy of the order of the competent authority which allowed the offenders to do the illegal construction in the private road of the applicant so that the applicant may challenge it to the proper court and the second option is to register the case against the offenders under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation).
Whether these sections of the Indian penal code 1860 can be applied by the personnel of the municipal corporation of Lucknow and Nagar Panchayat of Lucknow as being claimed by the concerned investigation officer in cryptic and mysterious ways.
When will action be taken against the Kotwal of Krishna Nagar police station by the commissioner of Lucknow police who remained instrumental in the grabbing of the private road of the applicant?

It is most unfortunate not only current investigation officer Sunil Kumar Maurya but also his predecessors ever visited the investigation site which is a mockery of the law of land. Land grabbing and land disputes are different things which must be distinguished by the police. If the concerned police personnel ever visited the site of dispute, then they must share their GPS location. Whether the government is providing huge emoluments of salary from the public exchequer to submit arbitrary and inconsistent reports without visiting the incident site of the land grabbing by offenders. it is most unfortunate that senior officers in police commissionerate Lucknow never take cognizance of such irregularities.

It is quite obvious that the submitted grievance was disposed of by the concerned staff of the police with the help of the following comment and this remark made by him without any investigation.

Whether the concerned staff will tell the applicant date and time when he made the contact to the applicant regarding the documents? Whether it is justified to submit arbitrary and inconsistent reports in the matter. I have already made the submissions that police interfered in the matter unnecessarily and because of interference of the police the private road of the applicant grabbed by the offenders belonging to the department of police which is the root cause police are adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter what is your mockery of the law of land. The applicants have already told the entire story to assistant Commissioner of Police that how the offenders grabbed the private road of the applicant by taking the station house officer of the Krishna Nagar police station in good faith and how the station house officer of the Krishna Nagar police station kept the family members of the applicant in the police station 2 provide the safe passage to the offenders to grab the private road?
Whether the investigation officer can tell the applicant the person Vidyawati, wife of late Radheshyam who is the resident of 39 Laxman Puri Faizabad Road. Lucknow is the local resident of the place under dispute or a land mafia. Everyone knows that land mafias are active in the capital Lucknow in large numbers who are acting under the patronage of the police so it must be investigated about the truth of the seller of the land whether she belongs to the local area or outside and how did he purchase the land if it belongs outside? Mr. Anish Kumar Singh itself is stating in its report that the measurement of the plot of the applicant is 2615 square feet as well as alleging that applicant did not provide him documents of the plot is itself contrary. Can he provide the source of information to the applicant which provided him information about the measurement of the plot? Mr. Anish Kumar Singh is further stating in its report that the applicant purchased the land prom Mrs Shimla Devi wife of Ram sahai who provided this information to him? Undoubtedly the police are telling a lie in the report and submitting a concocted story in the name of investigation and supporting the offenders because they are also personnel of the Police Department. It is most surprising that police in their earlier reports never accepted that 16 feet wide Rd. which is the private road of the applicant belongs to the offenders. Initially police stated in their report that submersible pump and encroached land in the road belongs to the offenders and they have not encroached on the private road of the applicant. It seems that you are more close to the offender

In this matter police have two options, one of them is to provide the copy of the order of the competent authority which allowed the offenders to do the illegal construction in the private road of the applicant so that the applicant may challenge it to the proper court and the second option is to register the case against the offenders under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code. Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation). It is quite obvious that concerned police are escaping from the matter because it is well apprised of the fact that senior rank officer provided the patronage to the personnel of the department who grabbed the land of the applicant and it is not possible to take action against such corrupt police personnel who kept hostages entire family members to facilitate the grabbing of the private road of the applicant.
