* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status it is quite obvious that nodal officer forwarded the matter to the public information officer of Medical and Health Directorate on 23rd January 2024 and the appellant submitted this application before the public information officer on 22nd January 2024 online through the rti portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
It is quite obvious that more than two and half months passed but concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the appellant as well as he did not make any communication with the appellant in order to provide the information to the appellant which is violation of subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 so must be taken into account by the first appellate authority of the directorate of secondary education.

Right to information act 2005 was introduced by government of India during the regime of Congress to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that growing corruption in the working of public authorities could be controlled till some extent but it seems that because of the anarchy in the working of the public authorities and transparency ombudsman, no information is being provided by the public information officers to the information seekers which reflects the jungle rule in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
CMS District Women Hospital Mirzapur (Dr Sanjay Pandey) is not providing discharge documents of Ruby W/O Pritesh Kumar.
The information seeker is seeking information on behalf of Pritesh Kumar S/O Lalchand resident of Danghar, Patharahia Road, Mirzapur City district-Mirzapur PIN code 231001 as already several rti applications submitted to the public authorities by aggrieved Pritesh Kumar, but concerned public information officers are not providing any information to the person belonging to the oppressed section of the society.
