Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the assistant labour Commissioner, district- Mirzapur concerning non payment of wages by the employer. The applicant submitted representation in the office of assistant labour Commissioner, district- Mirzapur by the applicant through a speed registered post addressed to the labour inspector, labour colony district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
It is most unfortunate that office of the assistant labour Commissioner district Mirzapur did not take any action on the representation of the applicant which details are as follows.
This Act may be called the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. It extends to the whole of India.
It applies in the first instance to the payment of wages to persons employed in any factory, to persons employed (otherwise than in a factory) upon any railway by a railway administration or, either directly or through a sub-contractor, by a person fulfilling a contract with a railway administration and to persons employed in an industrial or other establishment specified in sub-clauses (a) to (g) of clause (ii) of section 2.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the competent authority in the office of assistant labour Commissioner district Mirzapur to entertain the matter under Payment of Wages Act, 1936.
The applicant belongs to the oppressed section of the society that is scheduled caste and having no capacity to fight lengthy and expensive proceedings against the offender who has amassed huge wealth through the cryptic and mysterious service in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir that four pages are attached in the form of PDF documents to the grievance which must be perused by most respected sir.

महोदय,
विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी जाति का हरिजन व्यक्ति है और भवन निर्माण मजदूरी करके अपना तथा अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करता है। मैंने अपने निम्नलिखित सहयोगियों के साथ नान्हक मिस्त्री, सुशील कुमार, संतोष आदि के साथ जितेन्द्र सिंह निवासी उपरोक्त के यहाँ उनके नवनिर्मित भवन निर्माण के लिए एक मुहजबानी करार किया तथा मैं और मेरे साथियों ने दिनांक 31-1-२०२२ से 2-3-2024.. तक अथक मेहनत करके तथा भवन निर्माण में काम आने वाली सामग्री बांस, बल्ली, पटरा, प्लाई आदि की व्यवस्था कर उनका तीन मंजिला मकान पूर्णरूप से फिनिसिंग करके उनको दे दिया बीच बीच में कुछ मजदूरी का भुगतान जितेन्द्र सिंह मुझे व मेरे साथियों के करते थे जब काम पूरा हो गया तब मैंने और मेरे साथियों ने उनसे पूर्ण भुगतान की मांग की तो विपक्षी आग बबूला हो गया तथा हम लोगो के द्वारा किया गया 1700 वर्गफीट के कार्य को 1500 वर्गफीट कहने लगा तथा हमको गाली गुप्ता दिया और कहने लगा कि जो मैं कह रहा हूँ वही मानो नही तो माँ-बहन की भद्दी भद्दी गालियाँ देते हुए कहनें लगा कि एक भी पैसे का भुगतान नही करूंगा और ज्यादा करोगे तो हाथ पैर तोड़कर फेंकवा दूंगा मैं बिहार का रहने वाला हूँ और वहाँ के बाहूबलियों से मेरा सम्पर्क है और तुम मेरा कुछ नही बिगाड़ सकते और हमको मारपीट कर अपने यहाँ से भगा दिया।
अतः महोदय जी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि मामले का संज्ञान लेकर उक्त विपक्षी के विरूद्ध उचित दण्डात्मक कानूनी कार्यवाही करवाने की कृपा की जाय। दया होगी।

Most respected sir where is the justice for the weaker and downtrodden section in the Government of Uttar Pradesh? Think about the gravity of situations such injustices occur to the weaker section of the society and accountable staff of the government are remained mute spectators of such events which reflects the rule of anarchy in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Please direct the assistant labour Commissioner Mirzapur to take action in the matter in order to be instrumental in providing wages of the poor labourers.
