4- Public information officer must provide the reason for sending the same communication in three different envelopes.
5- Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system therefore station House officer Mauaima district-Prayagraj must tell the reason why the three envelops were used in providing the same letter.

विषय:- श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह मोहल्ला सुरेकापुरम जबलपुर रोड संघ मोहाल, मिर्जापुर द्वारा सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के अंतर्गत मांगी गयी सूचना निम्नवत है--
महोदय
निवेदन है कि आवेदक श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह उपरोक्त द्वारा पूर्व में सूचना मांगी गयी थी परन्तु सरकारी कार्य की अधिकता व लाइन आर्डर ड्यूटी में मुझ उ0नि0 के चले जाने के कारण आवेदक द्वारा उक्त सूचना प्राप्त हेतु अन्य रिमाण्डर भी मुझ उ0नि0 को प्राप्त हो गये थे। मुझ उ0नि0 द्वारा कार्यसरकार से फुर्सत पाकर आवेदक द्वारा मांगी गयी समस्त सूचनाओं को तैयार कर जरिये उचित माध्यम प्रेषित किया गया। आवेदक को जो सूचना उपलब्ध करायी गयी है। वह सत्य है। आवेदक को किसी प्रकार से गुमराह नही किया गया है। मात्र समयाभाव के कारण आवेदक द्वारा माँगी गयी सूचना को तुरंत प्रेषित नही की जा सकी थी। परन्तु आवेदक द्वारा माँगी गयी सूचना को सही व वरीयता क्रम में उपलब्ध करायी गयी है। भविष्य में इस प्रकार की पुनरावृत्ति नही होगी।

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your appellant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.
