The following application was made by the applicant for the renewal of driving licence which filled the particulars are as follows.

The applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the regional transport officer District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh to the following points as follows.1- It is quite obvious that the applicant submitted the application for the renewal of the driving licence within the validity of the driving licence.
2- Everyone knows that huge penalties are imposed on the applicants in the name of late applications and it creates a matter of conflict between the applicant and the staff of the department.
3- This application is being submitted to ensure that the applicant will not deposit or will make payment if anything will be charged additional which is not legitimate.
4- During the last renewal of the driving licence, the concerned staff was charging a huge penalty, but I did not pay a single penny in the name of penalty. Undoubtedly, I struggled for more than one and half years.
5- Please provide the name and resignation of the staff of the regional transport office Mirzapur who is processing my online application for the renewal of driving licence in the office.
Please take necessary steps in processing my online application for renewal of driving licence and grievance in transparent and accountable manner. For this, applicant shall ever pray to you Honourable, sir.

Now I have made the payment of Rs.400 now it is the duty after concerned staff of the public authority office of regional transport officer Mirzapur to allot the slot to the applicant. At least you will not point out the lacuna of the applicant in the processing of the renewal of driving licence. Please make contact to the applicant to tell the next status so that next formalities could be completed by the applicant. It is obvious that they have taken the requisite fee quite obvious from the authorised receipt of the payment which copy attached to the post and it is expected that they will do needful in the matter in order to provide the driving licence to the applicant if there is transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority office of regional transport officer Mirzapur.

ReplyDeleteयह स्पष्ट है कि प्रार्थी द्वारा निर्धारित शुल्क जमा कर दिया गया है किंतु अभी तक स्लाट निर्धारित नहीं किया गया क्या यह अराजकता नहीं है क्या इसी को सुशासन कहते हैं मोदी और योगी सुशासन की बात करते हैं किंतु इस समय बदइंतजामी इतनी ज्यादा है कि सुशासन शब्द भी मजाक लगता है लोगों के खातो से पैसा निकाल लिया जाता है
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation they are not disclosing any information concerning its working which is mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005 because in this matter an application under right to information act 2005 has been submitted before regional transport office Mirzapur.
