Grievance Description

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the control rate ration card provided by the Government of India to the poor people through district supply officer District-Mirzapur of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

The matter concerns the working of the district supply officer district Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh whose subordinates are procrastinating in providing the ration card of Durgavati.

An application on behalf of my wife Durgavati who has applied for providing control rate ration card, but the concerned staff of the government are only procrastinating on it. For the more details, vide attached document the grievance which is online application submitted by Durgavati.

The matter concerns the Durgavati W/O Shree Krishna Tripathi who has submitted application for providing control rate ration card, which transaction ID number-219940905238.

Name of the applicant as Aadhaar seeded is Durgavati. Gender as Aadhaar Seeded-Female, name of the applicant as form filled Durgavati.

Name of the applicant-Shrikrishna, Gender as form filled-Female, Category-General, Date of birth-01 Jan 1956, Aadhaar demo authentication date is 31st January 2022. This implies that more than one year 10 months passed since the date Aadhaar demo was authenticated which means online application for providing control rate ration card, was submitted by the wife of the applicant.

Right to reason is an indispensable part off the sound administrative system so it is an obligatory duty of the social welfare officer district Mirzapur to provide the reason to the applicant of not taking any action on the application of the wife of the applicant.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the Honourable Sir to act in the matter in accordance with law in direction for providing control rate ration card, to the applicant Durgavati.

It is most unfortunate that the supply inspector of the area is neither picking up the mobile phone of the applicant nor meeting the applicant on the block office it seems that he never attend the duty as he is always remain absent whenever the applicant visit the block office Vijaypur.

Most respected sir the matter had to be disposed on the ground of comments made by the applicant not on the basis of the comment of the son. It is quite obvious that concerned staff of the district supply office did not make enquiry on the basis of contents of the grievance which was essential ingredient to the report submitted by the concerned staff of the government. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the government staff in order to increase the faith of the common people in the governance of the state of Uttar Pradesh. Only to say that we are providing good governance to the people in the state on the public platforms is an easy thing but actually to provide good governance is a tough job which must be meditated by our political masters. We want better governance which is possible only film if their maybe transparency and accountability in the dealings of the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Our political masters must ensure justice.
