* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status, it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the RTI application on 19 January 2024 which was forwarded to the concerned public information officer on 20th January 2024 but it is most unfortunate concerned public information officer of Lucknow Development Authority did not provide any information to the appellant which is violation of subsection 1 of section 7 of a right to information actor 2005.

This RTI application was made on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh son of Angad Prasad Singh to seek information concerning deep-rooted irregularities in the working Lucknow Development Authority.
Most respected sir, at present, the Lucknow Development Authority, whether it may be an application on the Jansunwai portal or a complaint or any request, is ignoring everyone on the ground that a committee has been constituted in the matter, but neither will they tell anything about the committee nor will they try to solve the case in question, they have been dilly-dallying in the matter for three years. Whether the Yogi government stops corruption in this way.
You denied the information in the name of setting up a committee to look into the corrupt activities carried out by the concerned staff of the Lucknow Development Authority. You are again requested to provide the following information so that the corrupt staff of the Lucknow Development Authority may be exposed in the public domain and how L.D.A. is shielding its corrupt staff ipso facto?
Whether the information concerning the working of the public staff belonging to the Lucknow Development Authority can be withheld in the name of setting up of a committee as being done by the public authority in the current matter.
It is quite obvious that when the first appeal is made in such matters then order is passed by the first appellate authority to provide information to the appellant within a specific time but it is most unfortunate concerned public information officer does not comply the order passed by the first appellate authority which is not only mockery of the provisions of right to information act but also tantamount to indiscipline being done by the public information officer.
