Grievance Description
The matter concerns the cleanliness drive mission of our great prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Das Modi due to lack of funds and mismanagement prevailing in the working of the municipality Mirzapur city.
First of all I request you to take a glance of the attached photographs taken by the applicant today which is showing that cow dung is prevailed over the road for one week which is itself a proof that broom has not been put on the road or you can say that no staff of the municipality Mirzapur city broomed the lane in one week.
With due respect, the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the most respected Sir to the following points as follows.
1- According to the accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur city there is a crunch of the sanitation staff in the municipality mirzapur city.
2- Because of the shortage of staff in the municipality Mirzapur City, they can clean one lane in one week but when I had made a complaint they assured me that my lane will be cleaned every day, but they are not doing so these days.
3- Accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur City are saying that the government is not providing funds for making adhoc arrangements for the staff so that in the case of emergency such a staff may be engaged to carry out work without hindrance.
4- From the attached photographs to the grievance, it is quite obvious that lanes are in dilapidated state so it is not possible that these lanes may be broomed by the sanitation staff of the municipality and accountable staff of the municipality are taking such lacunae negligently.
5- It is submitted before the Honourable sir that concerned staff of the municipality may be directed to clean the choked drainage at the earliest before my dwelling place and Lakshmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir because it is causing hardships to the nearby people.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir. Please close the grievance by attaching the report which may be annexed with a photograph taken after the brooming/cleaning the lane before my house. The applicant wishes you best of luck.

Whether it is not surprise when the complaints are made before the excutive engineer municipality Mirzapur City then sweeper brooms the lane and when complaints are not made it takes one week when he comes to sweep the lane which reflects the complete mismanagement in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City. Think about the cleanly drive mission initiated by our great prime minister Mr Narendra damodardas Modi Vishesh wali running on paper having no relation with ground reality. It is quite obvious that they submit false report and the public grievance portal that they daily sweep the lane. It is fact that whatever political masters articulate during the election campaign and during the addressing print and electronic media they articulate whatever come in their mind and they never pursue those things in their daily practice. The reality is far away from the public as they promise to the public in order to provide good governance. O god save us from this anarchy and remove greed.

I think that executive officer municipality Mirzapur City must reform his working style because this working style is causing problems to the residents of Mirzapur City this is causing mismanagement in his working. How can it be justified concerned may broom the road when the complaints are being made against them otherwise they sleep instead of performing their duties?
ReplyDeleteSuch reports have been part of practice of our public authorities in government of India under the regime of our great prime minister Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi. They Broom the Lane once in a week and even when complaints are made against them on the portal of the Government of India or on the portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The working of the municipality Mirzapur City has been victim of mismanagement.

ReplyDeleteTo submit false report on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is only reflecting the rule of anarchy in the working of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether the false reports submitted on the portal can satisfy the people in the state.
