* Description of Information Sought New Delhi October 09, 2023, CJI. Dr Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, JudgeJ B Pardiwala and Judge Manoj Mishra passed the order to ensure compliance by 31st December 2023. The Order passed by the apex court of India in Kishan Chand jain versus Union of India and others is attached to this representation in pdf format. E-filing facility is not available in UPIC is violation of order passed by apex court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 360 of 2021.

 All the State Governments shall cooperate in the implementation of order. The State Governments shall, where funds are required, ensure provision of necessary funds to all the SICs for setting up the infrastructure for conducting virtual hearings. The CIC and SICs would be at liberty to avail of the facilities which have been provided by the NIC for setting up the websites.The Public Information Officer in the office of chief minister of Uttar Pradesh must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows. 

1-Public Information Officer may provide the initiatives of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to digitalize the inviting process of the second appeal for the compliance of order of the supreme court which means to provide the facilities of e-filing to the citizens in the state.2-Public Information Officer must provide the detail of the proposal if any made on the part of the state government to digitalise the inviting process of the second appeal for the compliance of order of the supreme court.

3-Public Information Officer must provide the details of the proposal if any made on the part of the central government to digitalize the inviting process of the second appeal in the state of Uttar Pradesh as our great prime minister supports the digitization of the working of the public staff.

4-Public Information Officer may provide the information as to what are the difficulties being faced by the State Information Commission in digitizing the process of second appeal and why there is delay in its implementation? Please provide the details to the people in the state who are suffering a lot because of the offline mode and matter be informed to the apex court accordingly.

 5-Public Information Officer must provide the fund details provided by the central government for the compliance of supreme court order if any.

 6-Public Information Officer must provide the fund details provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh for the compliance of order of the supreme court. Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system therefore public information officer must provide the reason for not complying with the order of the apex court in wide public interest regarding e-filing facilities to the citizens in state.

 Public Information Officer must provide the aforementioned information sought under 6 points within the stipulated time of 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of The right to Information act 2005.
