* Description of Information Sought Land grabbing is criminal matter is dealt under Cr.P.C. and I.P.C., land dispute in which title is decided through verdict of court is civil case. It is quite obvious that tin shade has been kept in the land which is the share of the applicant inherited from the grandfather of the applicant which does not belong to the offenders Tej Dhar Tiwari and others, but police is not acting against them by charging them under sections of the Indian Penal Code. In this matter police have two options, one of them is to provide the copy after order of the competent authority so that the applicant may challenge it to the proper court and the second option is to register the case against the offenders under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code. Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation). 

Public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police district Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi may provide the following information to the information seeker pointwise as follows. 

1-it is quite obvious from the report of the station house officer, police station-Chauri, district-Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi offenders Tej Dhar Tiwari and others did not put the tin shade in the land of the applicant in compliance of the order of the competent authority or court which means they put the tin shade forcibly on the land of the applicant quite obvious from the report of the police. Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is obligatory duty of the public information officer to provide the reason of not taking action in the matter of land grabbing against the offenders under sections Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. 

2-Please provide the provision of the law which provide the remedy against land grabbing under section 151 107 and 116 of criminal procedure code which are preventive measures. 

3-Whether Chauri police had asked offender Tej Dhar Tiwari to remove the encroachment from the land of the information seeker if not, provide its reason. 

4-Police did not act against offenders even after they indulged in the offense of land grabbing which prove the ulterior design of the police. It is obvious that police is still securing the offenders which implies that polices cooperating the offenders. 

Please provide the information if any order passed by the competent senior rank officers to check the integrity of the concerned police personnel in the matter of land grabbing.
