श्री मान जी जब ब्यथा विवरण में ऊपर ही लिखा है की The matter concerns municipality Mirzapur city and wide public interest. अर्थात मामला नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर और व्यापक जनहित से जुड़ा है इसके बावजूद आप द्वारा शिकायत को कार्यालय उप परियोजना प्रबंधक उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सेतु निगम लिमिटेड को भेजा गया और उन्होंने अपने आख्या में यह कह कर की उक्त सेतु के सर्विस रोड निर्माण का कार्य लोक निर्माण विभाग / नगर पालिका परिषद् मिर्ज़ापुर से सम्बंधित है अर्थात आप द्वारा गलत जगह पर शिकायत को अग्रसारित किया गया

विस्तृत विवरण वास्ते संलग्नक देखे Whether repair of road can be overlooked in name of P.W.D. and municipality Mirzapur city consequently concerned may take action? क्या पीडब्ल्यूडी और नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर के नाम पर सड़क की मरम्मत की अनदेखी की जा सकती है? फलस्वरूप संबंधित को कार्रवाई करना चाहिए और अपनी भूल सुधारने के लिए प्रकरण को पीडब्ल्यूडी और नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर को भेजा जाय जो इस समय ब्रिज के नीचे सैकड़ो दुकानों से राजस्व लाभ कर रहा है

श्रीमान जी पूर्व में प्रकरण राज्य सेतु निगम को भेजा गया किंतु परिणाम शून्य रहा उसके पश्चात अब लोक निर्माण विभाग को भेजा गया है अर्थात पब्लिक वर्क डिपार्टमेंट श्रीमान जी यदि यही प्रकरण पब्लिक वर्क डिपार्टमेंट जोकि मिर्ज़ापुर नगर पालिका से संबंधित है उसमें भेजा गया होता तो कोई रचनात्मक रिजल्ट सामने आता है जैसे कि व्यथा में स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया है कि नगरपालिका मिर्जापुर शहर 100 दुकानों से राजस्व का लाभ ले रहा है किंतु विकास के नाम पर कुछ नहीं कर रहा है इसलिए प्रकरण मुख्य रूप से नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर से संबंधित है यदि राजस्व का लाभ मिर्जापुर नगरपालिका शहर ले रहा है तो क्या सड़क जो 5 वर्षों से नहीं बनी है चारों तरफ कीचड़ है अब सेतु निगम और लोक निर्माण विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश बनाए गा कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें जैसे जनता लाभान्वित हो अभी उठा रहे प्रकरण को चालाकी से उन विभागों को भेजा जा रहा है जो उससे संबंधित नहीं है क्योंकि प्रदेश सरकार कोई विकास करना ही नहीं चाहती है सिर्फ जनता को बेवकूफ बना रही है कुछ कर भी नहीं रहे हैं क्या यही विकास है दुकाने रखवाने में तो 24 घंटे भी नहीं लगे होंगे किंतु विकास के नाम पर 5 वर्षों तक कुछ नहीं किए कृपया कुछ करिए

It is quite obvious that when the concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh submits the report that the matter concerns the municipality Mirzapur City and its public work department then how can they consider the grievance disposed of? This is a cryptic and mysterious way to run away from the grievances of the common people in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This is a cunning trick of the staff who are monitoring the redress of the grievances at the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. More than one month passed since the date of complaint was made and they said that the matter does not concern the department concerned but the matter concerning the working of the municipality Mirzapur city. Where is the transparency and accountability in the working of public authority in Government of Uttar Pradesh who are playing games with the grievances of common people concerning the wide public interest who are creating lawlessness and anarchy in government machinery.

For the construction of the road damaged because of construction of Sangmohal over bridge by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

It is most unfortunate that near about one year passed but concerned did not take any step in the direction to construct interlocking and common people are making their cloths and shoes dirty including students as it is raining. Kindly please refer to public hearing reference number 0-60000220143535, in which Shri Yogi M.P.Singh resident-Surekapuram Lakshminarayan Mandir Mirzapur has complained regarding the installation of interlocking. The estimate of the construction work of the road has been prepared Rs.3228285.00. Based on the availability of funds, the work will be done after approval from the competent authority. The above report is based on the inspection report given by Mr. Manoj Kumar Sonkar, Junior Engineer Mobile number-9129443406 on 05.09.2022.
