The copy of the registry is attached to the grievance but actual position is that the seller who sold the land by colluding with the staff of the tehsil Phoolpur and the registry of Phoolpur Tehsil is not providing the possession of the land to the applicant which is a cheating.
How the land can be sold to the buyers at the largest scale commercially by the builder if possession and construction of the building was not allowed by the government on that land. Whether it is not cheating how the property dealers where allowed to sell the land and job of execution of the registry was carried out by the Tehsil Phoolpur?
Think about the gravity of the situation : crores of rupees were bungled by the property dealers with the grace of the public staff but the concerned public staff are escaping from the scene arbitrarily. This large-scale cheating with the innocent and gullible people of the country must be looked into by the accountable staff of the government so that action may be taken.
The matter concerns the working of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil-Phoolpur, District-Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh where Land Mafia committed a huge scandal by colluding with the staff of the Tehsil Phoolpur which has common tradition in the working of the tehsil phoolpur.
How can government functionaries show the laxity in taking action against land mafia in the state of Uttar Pradesh where the government claims to take action against the land mafia swiftly? Whether there is only showing and boasting off in regard to taking action against the land mafia in the print and electronic media in the state of Uttar Pradesh. In the state of Uttar Pradesh land mafia may be defined as the people doing real estate business without the protection of the government functionaries if they have protection of government functionaries they are no more land mafia. How the real estate company cheated thousands of the people running scot free because of the protection of the government functionaries? How can such real estate land mafia carry out business after cheating thousands of people?

Short submissions are as follows.
1-Concerned matter is cheating by the Land mafia to innocent and gullible people at the large scale in caucus with the administrative machinery.
2-Our great Chief minister most honourable yogi Aditya Nath ji has taken firm resolve to eradicate the entire mafia including land mafia from the land of Uttar Pradesh.
3-For the eradication of the land mafia, our chief has ordered the administration to make a separate website and a website has been made that reflects his resolve against the land mafia.
4-Here this question arises that how can land mafia may be active in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the regime of Yogi Aditya Nath sir ipso facto?
5-Whether in the state administration, bureaucracy is more effective than executives and executives are puppets in the hand of bureaucracy because of corruption?
Most of the middle class is being exploited by the land mafia protected by the white collar criminals but the Yogi government hesitates in taking action against them because of their influence in the politics and administrative machinery.
