विषय-It is quite obvious from the reports in the print and electronic media government of Uttar Pradesh claims to provide the good governance to the people in state but the factual position is that more than 90 public staff in the government machinery are corrupt and working of the Lucknow development authority is role model. There is no doubt that accountable public functionaries of the government are not interested to curb the corruption but it is the moral duty of a public staff to voluntarily act against the growing corruption which has taken entire government machinery under its influence. How can repeated parrot reply by the Lucknow development authority in the matter of deep rooted corruption in its working be justified? The government is providing huge emoluments of salary to the public staff despite this they are not satisfied with the salary being provided by the government and are indulging in the corruption to fill their pockets which can never be justified. I pray before the Honourable Sir order dated 07-03-2006 passed by Justice B.B. Agarwal of Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Respondnt1-Secretary Dept. of home 2-Police commissioner Lucknow 3-SHO police station -Ashiana, Moreover, Honourable Justice in its order said that the raised matter is civil and amenable by filing a title suit before the court or authority. It is most surprising that the subordinate court is running away from taking perusal of order dated 07-03-2006 passed by Justice B.B. Agarwal of Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad and office monitoring body running away from transparency and accountability ipso facto. Whether Lucknow development authority will disclose this fact that which court of law provided the civil remedy in the matter and decided the title suit between the Anuradha Singh and Dinesh Pratap Singh if not done so on what basis registry was carried out without taking the reference of the high court order which was mandatory for the Lucknow development authority to comply with the order passed by the highest court of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow Development Authority again overlooked the matter of deep-rooted corruption quite obvious from its report submitted on PG Portal. Think about the deep-rooted corruption in the working of the Lucknow development authority which is procrastinating in providing information concerning the setup of enquiry committee which is making inquiry regarding irregularity in the allocation of the plots by the Lucknow development authority and the corruption made during the registry of the plots. It is well known fact that this matter is pending before the Lucknow development authority since 2017 and they are procrastinating on this matter of corruption by taking recourse of various cunning tricks. Instead of going into the facts of the case they have made a committee now to procrastinate on it. Here matter of fact is that why the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad was not complied by the Lucknow development authority? Why the registry executed by the Lucknow development authority without taking the perusal of the relevant records?

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक02-05-2023 को फीडबैक:-सभी जानते हैं कि समिति का गठन किए डेढ़ वर्ष से ज्यादा व्यतीत हो गए हैं। और शुरू से ही लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण डाक्यूमेंट्स ना होने का रोना रो रहा है ऐसे में क्या भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही हो सकती है। महोदय प्रार्थी का संबंध दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराने से नहीं है बल्कि भ्रष्टाचार पर कार्यवाही करने से संबंधित है। महोदय क्या भ्रष्टाचार पर लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण इसी तरह से कार्यवाही करती है। महोदय 2017 से ही यह प्रकरण आपके समक्ष पेंडिंग है और आप द्वारा कार्यवाही अपेक्षित है। Everyone knows that more than one and a half years have passed since the formation of the committee. And since the beginning, Lucknow Development Authority is crying for lack of documents, in such a situation, can action be taken against corruption. Sir, the applicant is not concerned with providing documents but with taking action on corruption. Sir, does the Lucknow Development Authority take action on corruption in this way. Sir, this matter is pending before you since 2017 and action is expected from you. महोदय ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि जैसे ईमानदारी ही खत्म हो गई है चारों तरफ सिर्फ अराजकता और सिर्फ अराजकता है और इस पर अंकुश लगना बेहद जरूरी है किंतु प्रश्न यह उठता है कि बिल्ली के गले में घंटी कौन बांधे यहां तो कोई मोटा चूहा भी नहीं है महोदय नैतिकता का इतना बड़ा पतन कभी नहीं हुआ था जैसे नैतिकता ही खो गई इस देश से जबकि यह भारत देश अपने विरासत ओं के लिए सांस्कृतिक विरासतों के लिए जाना जाता है ईमानदारी कर्तव्यनिष्ठा हम लोगों के जीन में बसते थे सोचिए एक सत्यवादी महाराजा हरिश्चंद्र थे स्वप्न में अपने राज्य का दान दे दिया था उसका पालन करने के लिए अपने पत्नी बेटे और खुद को भी बेच डाला जहां हम अपने इतिहास पर गर्व करते हैं वहीं पर आज के इस बेईमानी और पथभ्रष्ट ताके युग को किस ढंग से सह रहे हैं हम लोगों की आत्मा ही जानती है ऐसा लगता है कि नैतिक मूल्यों का ह्रास इससे पहले इतना कभी नहीं हुआ था जितना इस समय हो रहा है पहले तो लोग छुपा छुपा कर चोरी करते थे आज तो खुलेआम चोरी हो रही है भ्रष्टाचार हो रहा है नैतिक पतन हो रहा है कोई बोलने वाला नहीं है ऐसा लगता है जैसे गुंडे बदमाशों का शासन हो गया कानून में किसी की निष्ठा ही नहीं रही न्याय कहां से मिलेगा यदि अन्याय शासक हो तो इसलिए हमारा सुझाव है कि कम से कम कुछ धर्म का आचरण करिए जिससे व्यवस्था में कुछ परिवर्तन हो लोगों का विश्वास बढ़े इस समय तो लोग सिर्फ यही सोचते हैं कि गलत करेंगे पैसा देकर छूट जाएंगे इसलिए इतनी गड़बड़ी हो रही है जिसकी कोई सीमा ही नहीं है
