Grievance Description
The matter concerns the oppression of the members of the oppressed caste. Police may register First Information Report in the matter against opposition for harassing the applicants belonging to oppressed section.

श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा पुलिस कप्तान को दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2023 को शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया जिसमें कि प्रार्थी द्वारा यह बताया गया कि प्रार्थी की कुल मजदूरी ₹40000 है जो कि विपक्षी द्वारा नहीं दिया जा रहा है किंतु दुर्भाग्य की बात यह है कि पुलिस की तरफ से कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई हमारे पत्र पर और उल्टा पुलिस द्वारा खुद प्रार्थी के विरुद्ध भारतीय दंड विधान के कई धाराओं में मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर लिया गया जोकि पुलिस के पक्षपात रवैया को दर्शाता है प्रार्थी दलित जाति का व्यक्ति है बहुत गरीब है मजदूरी करके जीवन यापन करता है प्रार्थी ने विपक्षी का घर बनाया है जो कि इस मौके वारदात का निरीक्षण करने के बाद स्पष्ट हो सकता है किंतु पुलिस द्वारा समस्त प्रमाणों को दरकिनार करके प्रार्थी को झूठे मुकदमों में उलझाया जा रहा है पुलिस की कार्यशैली स्पष्ट रूप से संदिग्ध है पुलिस प्रार्थी के पर दबाव बनाकर भिन्न-भिन्न धाराओं में केस झूठे केस लगाकर ₹40000 माफ करा कर समझौते में 16 कराना चाहती है श्रीमान जी प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ प्रार्थी का फोटो संलग्न है जिस पर किसी भी चोट इतिहास के निशान नहीं है क्योंकि प्रार्थी को यह भय है कि पुलिस दबाव बनाने के लिए प्रार्थी को हिरासत में लेकर थर्ड डिग्री का इस्तेमाल कर सकती है इसलिए प्रार्थी न्याय पाने के लिए की पुलिस कानून को हाथ में ना लें इसलिए यह प्रार्थना पत्र श्रीमान जी की सेवा में प्रेषित कर रहा है
महोदय प्रार्थी आपसे अपेक्षा करता है कि आप नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करें और योगी के इस ईमानदार शासन में प्रार्थी की मजदूरी दिलाने का kasht kare

If police will hurl abuses, then how the applicant will face them? To be instrumental in providing the wages of the labourers. The matter concerns the working of the circle officer of police City Mirzapur Mr. Parmanand Kushwaha as Minu Patel, Wife of Ram Kripal is not providing wages of the applicant and his two companions amounts Rs.40000. When the applicants demand the wages she is reaping the benefits of being women threatening to implicate the applicants under the charges of molestation by influencing the police. Whether justice is not available to the oppressed section in the state of Uttar Pradesh? The applicant has sent the representation to Assistant Labour Commissioner Mirzapur by registered which awaits swift action after proper The matter concerns the exploitation of the members of the oppressed section. Police may register a First Information Report in the matter against opposition for harassing the applicants belonging to the oppressed section.
