Think about the gravity of situation that more than two months passed but concerned public information officer in the office of superintendent police did not provide the information to the information seeker which means appellant Anil Kumar Maurya in the matter concerning the grabbing of the land which is showing the lackadaisical approach of the police to the matters concerning the corruption and anarchy in the working of the police. Undoubtedly the public information officer in the office of superintendent of police violated the provisions of Right to information act 2005 which has been brought up by the government of India to promote the transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority but because of corruption in the department, it has been teeth less. Under subsection one of section 7 of Right to information at 2005 the time stipulated to provide information to the information seeker is 30 days and in this case 2 months have passed and public information officer in the office of superintendent of police did not entertain the application which is a mockery of the provisions of The Right to information act 2005 reflecting deep-rooted corruption in the working of the public authority. Where is the honesty in the governance as claimed by the accountable public functionaries in the government.

Description of Information Sought An application under article 51A of the constitution of India on behalf of my father Gulabdhar Maurya Son of late Amarnath Maurya resident of village and post Lohiya Talab district Mirzapur to make enquiry regarding the compliance of the endorsement order passed by the Honourable sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur 28 September 2021. This order was addressed to the station house officer Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur quite obvious from the second page of the attached documents. Sir, the second page of the attachment attached with this R.T.I. Application is the complaint letter written by the father of the applicant Gulabdhar Maurya to the Deputy District Magistrate i.e. sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur in PDF format and the first, fourth and fifth pages attached with this attachment are the details of proceedings of the land in Tehsil attached by the applicant. There is a document from which it is clear that the claim of the applicant is completely confirmed, and the land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if there are documents, then both Tehsil Sadar and Mirzapur police should present them in their report because there is no document, so in the report they will not submit any documents.
State Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of police Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Copy of the action taken report on the representation of father Gulabdhar Maurya Son of late Amarnath Maurya dated 27 September 2021 which was endorsed to house officer Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur on 28 September 2021 by sub divisional magistrate Sadar.
2-Copy of the document submitted by the opposite party before the police concerned and police allowed them to carry out construction on the land under controversy and grabbed the opposite party proved by report of Tehsil sadar attached as page 1 of attached PDF document.
3-The land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if any, then provide information regarding the document and copy of the document which prove their claims.
4-Police may provide the reason for breaking of compromise by the opposite party made before the Kotwali Katra police subsequently the order passed by the S.D.M. Sadar Mirzapur on 28 September 2021 attached as page 3 of the attached PDF documents.
