Grievance Description

The matter concerns the working of the social welfare officer District -Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.

An application on behalf of Satyam Shukla son of Sachchidanand Shukla whose details are as follows. This application is submitted as an enquiry under Article 51A of the constitution of India.Last year you did not provide the scholarship by saying that the scholarship was not sanctioned due to the unavailability of the fund. This year you are taking the recourse of the non-declaration of the result by the concerned university. This is an excellent excuse to deprive students from scholarship. 

Honourable sir the scholarship of a large number of students has been rejected by the district scholarship committee on the ground that the results are not yet declared. Which means a large number of students have been deprived of the right to assistance from the government. Right to aid from the government is the constitutional right of a student belonging to the poor section. Sir, the result is not declared is the fault of the concerned University not the fault of the student. If there is no fault of the student how can a student be deprived of its constitutional right? Whether depriving a large section of students of the scholarship arbitrarily by the district scholar committee can be justifiable? बहुत बड़ी संख्या में छात्रों को इस आधार पर छात्रवृत्ति का भुगतान ना करना कि उनका परीक्षा परिणाम विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा घोषित नहीं किया गया इसमें कौन सा न्याय आपको दिखाई पड़ता है श्रीमान जी यदि विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा परीक्षा परिणाम नहीं घोषित किया गया है तो इसके लिए दोषी विश्वविद्यालय के स्टाफ है ना कि परीक्षार्थी छात्र जिनको आप मनमानी तरीके से छात्रवृत्ति प्रतिपूर्ति शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति आप नहीं देना चाहते हैं श्रीमान जी आप द्वारा शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति न देना उस बात को आधार बनाकर जिसके लिए दोषी विश्वविद्यालय का स्टाफ है किसी भी तरह से न्यायोचित नहीं है कृपया अपने गलत स्टेप को सुधारें और छात्र को उनके शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति का भुगतान करें जिससे कि उनकी शिक्षा-दीक्षा में कोई अड़चन ना आए बहाने बनाकर छात्रवृत्ति रोकना किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है और वह आने का आधार भी खुद ही सरकार है श्रीमान जी छात्रों के हित में निर्णय लीजिए विश्वविद्यालय से रिक्वेस्ट करिए कि वे लोग परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित करें और उसके पश्चात आप शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति का भुगतान करें यही न्याय की मांग है यही समय का माग है
