In the report, you have said that the matter concerns the working of the chief medical officer and taking recourse of it you denied the information sought under five points. Now you may take a glance at the following Para showing explicitly that the matter concerns the working of the chief medical officer Mirzapur as well as the report of S.P. City, Shrikant Prajapati which was submitted before the State Human Rights Commission Uttar Pradesh in the complaint of the information seeker.
