विषय-श्रीमान जी ईमानदार होना इतना आसान नहीं है इमानदारी फूलों का बिस्तर नहीं कांटों की सेज है श्रीमान जी आप कहते हैं कि भ्रष्टाचार एक असंवैधानिक शब्द है किंतु आप यह नहीं जानते कि भ्रष्टाचार रूपी हथियार का उपयोग करके हमारे नेतागण कुर्सी हासिल करते हैं और हमारे अधिकारी गण अपनी इमेज बनाते हैं। महोदय यदि आप ईमानदार हैं तो आपके अधीनस्थ खुलेआम घूस मागते क्यों फिर रहे हैं और आप उन प्रार्थना पत्रों को दरकिनार क्यों कर देते हैं जो भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित रहते हैं जोकि आपकी कार्यशैली से स्पष्ट है श्रीमान अधिशासी अभियंता महोदय विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय इमानदारी भी कुछ होती है अन्यथा ना प्रकृति रहेगी और ना हम रहेंगे। श्रीमान जी खुलेआम ₹5000 विद्युत कनेक्शन जोड़ने के नाम पर मांगना कहां तक उचित है जैसा कि आपके विभाग द्वारा किया जा रहा है। श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी एक anti-corruption क्रुसेडर है इसलिए भ्रष्टाचार से पीड़ित लोग प्रार्थी से संपर्क करते हैं। प्रार्थी के ईमेल पर एक ईमेल आया है जोकि आपके विभाग के आधिकारिक ईमेल पर भी भेजा गया है जिसमें पीड़ित व्यक्ति द्वारा ₹5000 का रिश्वत मांगने का आरोप लगाया गया है। आप प्रार्थी को यह बताएं कि आप द्वारा उपरोक्त ईमेल पर क्या कार्यवाही की गई है और यह जानने का प्रार्थी को संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51 अ के तहत मूल कर्तव्य है। Executive Engineer Sir, Power Distribution Section II There may be some honesty too, otherwise neither nature will survive, nor we will survive.
