आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh विषय-श्रीमान जी गाय और बैल के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार खुद हमारे मुख्यमंत्री महोदय योगी आदित्यनाथ जी पानी की तरह पैसा बहा रहे हैं इतना पैसा खर्च किए हैं कि हर विकासखंड में 10 गौशाला में बन जाती किंतु बड़ा आश्चर्य की बात है आज भी गौमाता परिवार के सदस्य सड़कों पर लाठियां खा रहे क्या यही न्याय है इन बेजुबान जानवरों की इतनी बड़ी दुर्दशा क्यों क्यों गौशाला में खाली है उन में पशुओं को क्यों नहीं रखा जा रहा है कड़कड़ाती हुई ठंड में हमारे गौ माता परिवार के सदस्य खुले आसमान के नीचे शरीर को सिकूड़े हुए काप रहे हैं No lane in Mirzapur city is free from stray animals but the district magistrate and concerned staff only manage the situation through print media. A provision of Rs 40 crore has been made to set up impounding houses cattle shelter homes under the 'Kanha Gaushala Evam Beshara Pashu Ashraya Yojna in the new budget. Information sought concerning the fund spent on the construction of cow sheds is still pending before the public authority for many months. श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी भी गौ सेवा का समर्थक है और चाहता है कि गौ माता के साथ कोई अन्याय ना हो। Sir, the applicant is also a supporter of cow service and wants that no injustice should be done to the mother cow. श्रीमान जी मिर्जापुर शहर की कोई ऐसी गली नहीं है जहां पर आधा दर्जन कम से कम पशु ना हो जबकि योगी आदित्यनाथ जी जी द्वारा पर्याप्त धन जिला पंचायत को भी दिया गया नगरपालिका को भी दिया गया और क्षेत्र पंचायतों को भी दिया गया। इस बात की पुष्टि ना ही सिर्फ प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया कर रहे हैं किंतु विभिन्न विभागों से जन सूचना अधिकार 2005 के तहत मांगे गए दस्तावेज भी कर रहे हैं। किंतु उस धन का उपयोग बहुत गलत ढंग से अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया गया है उस धन का अधिकांश भाग सीधे लोगों की जेब में गया है जिसकी वजह से गौ माता की व्यवस्था जो होनी चाहिए थी वह नहीं हुई है। सोचिए धर्म का स्तर कितना गिर गया है आज इस भारत देश में गौ माता के लिए आया हुआ धन लोगों ने अपनी जेब भरने का काम किया यह किस तरह से उचित है और आज भी गौमाता परिवार के सदस्य सड़कों पर टहल रहे हैं और लाठियां खा रहे हैं। महोदय इस शिकायत के साथ कुछ तस्वीर संलग्न है कृपया उन तस्वीरों का अवलोकन करें जिससे गौमाता की दशा में कुछ सुधार हो।Sir, there is no street in Mirzapur city where there is not at least half a dozen animals, while adequate funds were given by Yogi Adityanath ji to the district panchayat, to the municipality and also to the area panchayats.
