श्री मान जी उपजिलाधिकारी सदर का आख्या जो उन्होंने इस शिकायत में लगाया है प्रार्थी रघुवर दयाल सिंह जमीन का बैनामा करने से रोकने के लिए आवेदन दिया है ऐसा तो इसमें कही नहीं लिखा है दूसरी वात प्रार्थी द्वारा आपत्ति किया गया है जो मुकदमा विचाराधीन है इसी वजह से अभी तक नामांतरण नहीं हुआ है अब विपक्षी लाठी के बल पर कब्ज़ा कर रहे है जो खुद न्यायालय पर एक बदनुमा दाग जिसका रोका जाना अनिवार्य है हैंड पंप लग चुका है जब कब्ज़ा ही हो जाएगा तो मुकदमे का क्या मतलब है पुलिस और तहसील के भ्र्ष्टाचार के कारण यह संभव हो रहा है महोदय जब न्यायालय मुकदमा विचाराधीन है तो जमीन में बोर करवाकर कब्ज़ा करना कहा तक न्यायोचित है क्या जिगना पुलिस का यह नैतिक दायित्व नहीं है की अभियुक्त गणो को बिबादित जमीन जमीन किसी तरह कोई कब्जे कार्यवाही न करने दे नहीं तो उपजिलाधिकारी महोदय के पास निर्णय सुनाने के लिए कुछ बचेगा ही नहीं इस तरह से न्यायालय का भी कोई महत्व नहीं रहेगा श्री मान जी प्रार्थी को इस आराजकता की मार से बचाइए श्री मान जी ऐसे में न्यायालय का क्या महत्व है न्यायालय के निर्णय का कोई इन्तजार नहीं करना चाहता है जो अपराधी किस्म के लोग है
Now offenders have installed the handpump in the impugned land whose matter is sub judice before a competent revenue court. Police is mute spectators because of corruption.
Subject-Despite the objection by the applicant in sub judice matter pending before the competent revenue court under section 34/35 of the revenue code 2006 quite obvious from the Nakal made available by the court and attached to this grievance, offenders are taking possession of the land by using muscle power.

There is huge inconsistency in the report submitted by Tehsil Sadar and prayer made in the complaint. Already objections have been made in the concerned court but here this question arises that if the matter is sub judice and adjudication is pending in the concerned revenue court how the opposite party can take the possession of the impugned land by using muscle power in the matter. It is fact that the report of the concerned staff of the Tehsil Sadar is bogus and illogical. It implies that the Tehsil Sadar Mirzapur is filled with the incompetent personnel who cannot understand the matter of the complaints submitted by the citizens in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
I pray before the Honourable Sir that to shut its eyes and close its ears do not imply that everything is OKAY as factual position cannot be overlooked. Only time will tell the reality.
If the Jigna police are really interested to resolve the problems created by offenders, then they should adopt the logistic approach to the matter. Here it is quite obvious that offenders are not waiting for the judgement of the competent court in the sub judice matter as quite obvious lis pendens. But one thing is quite evident Jigna police will wreak vengeance on the applicant for submitting representations before the competent authorities for justice against the illegal grabbing of land by offenders whose litigation is pending before the revenue court. The applicant has attached the current photographs to the grievance which is status quo after calling two times dial 112 police on the site on the part of the applicant.

श्रीमान जी मुकदमा तो पहले से ही तहसीलदार न्यायालय में लंबित है अब प्रार्थी द्वारा कितने मुकदमे किए जाएंगे तीन मुकदमे तो पहले से ही तहसील न्यायालय में लंबित हैं। श्रीमान जी यदि रिश्वतखोरी बंद हो जाए तो देश के 75% मुकदमे अपने आप स्वतह ही समाप्त हो जाएंगे। श्रीमान जी यह रिपोर्ट जो कि तहसीलदार सदर द्वारा लगाया गया है उन्हीं के न्यायालय में तीनों मुकदमे लंबित हैं। उन्हें खुद ही इसके चिंता नहीं है कि यदि उनके यहां विवादित जमीन Sir, the case is already pending in Tehsildar court, now how many cases will be filed by the applicant, three cases are already pending in Tehsil court. Sir, if bribery is stopped, then 75% of the cases in the country will end automatically. Sir, this report which has been submitted by Tehsildar Sadar, all the three cases are pending in his court. They themselves are not worried about the fact that if the disputed land will be decided by the bullies themselves on the strength of bullying, then there is no importance of pending case and waiting for the decision.
