आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-श्रीमान जी भ्रष्टाचार तो तब है जब सरकार भ्रष्टाचार को व्यवस्था से अलग रखती है व्यवस्था में भ्रष्टाचार को नहीं आने देती है और यदि सरकार ही भ्रष्टाचार को सरकार का अंग मानने लगती है तो फिर भ्रष्टाचार कहां है क्योंकि भ्रष्टाचार तो इस समय सरकार का अंग बन चुका है यही कारण है कि योगी सरकार को लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण का भ्रष्टाचार दिखाई ही नहीं पड़ रहा है क्योंकि इससे पूर्व सरकार भ्रष्टाचार को सिस्टम का अंग नहीं मानती थे किंतु यह सरकार भ्रष्टाचार को ही सिस्टम का अंग मानती है यही कारण है कि भ्रष्टाचार का यह पुराना प्रकरण 5 वर्षों से योगी आदित्यनाथ के शासनकाल में उचित कार्यवाही का इंतजार कर रहा है किंतु योगी सरकार इस पर कार्यवाही करने से भाग रही है क्योंकि योगी सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार खुद ही सरकारी विभागों का अखंड हिस्सा बन चुका है Sir, corruption is there when the government keeps corruption separate from the system, does not allow corruption to enter the system, and if the government starts considering corruption as a part of the government, then where is the corruption, because at this time corruption has become a part of the government. The episode has been waiting for proper action during the reign of Yogi Adityanath for 5 years but the Yogi government is running away from taking action on it because corruption in the Yogi government itself has become an integral part of the government departments. Grievance Description I pray before the Honourable Sir order dated 07-03-2006 passed by Justice B.B. Agarwal of Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Respondnt1-Secretary Dept. of home 2-Police commissioner Lucknow 3-SHO police station -Ashiana, Moreover, Honourable Justice in its order said that the raised matter is civil and amenable by filing a title suit before the court or authority. It is most surprising that the subordinate court is running away from taking perusal of the order dated 07-03-2006 passed by Justice B.B. Agarwal of Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad and office monitoring body running away from transparency and accountability ipso facto. Whether Lucknow development authority will disclose this fact that which court of law provided the civil remedy in the matter and decided the title suit between Anuradha Singh and Dinesh Pratap Singh if not done so on what basis registry was carried out without taking the reference of the high court order which was mandatory for the Lucknow development authority to comply with the order passed by the highest court of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh. महोदय आप जानते हैं कि प्रकरण 5 वर्ष से लंबित चल रहा है और आप की ओर से भिन्न-भिन्न तरह के बहानेबाजी चल रही है कभी आप कहते हैं कि जरूरी कागजात मंगाए जा रहे हैं तो कभी आप कोई और बहाना बना देते हैं जैसे लगता है कि भिन्न-भिन्न ट्रिक लगाकर आप मामले पर पर्दा डालना चाहते हैं जो कि किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है प्रकरण का संबंध गंभीर अनियमितता और भ्रष्टाचार की चरम सीमा से संबंधित है जो कि किसी तरह से उचित नहीं है

आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-श्रीमान जी क्या 6 वर्ष की माता और 11 वर्ष का पिता गर्भ स्थापन करने में सक्षम है किंतु ऐसा हुआ है जो कि आपके दस्तावेजों से प्रमाणित है और आप सिर्फ 5 वर्षों से जांच कर रहे हैं माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को दरकिनार कर दिए बिना समुचित दस्तावेजों के रजिस्ट्री विलेख का संपादन करा दिए श्रीमान उपाध्यक्ष लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण आपके यहां दिनांक 8 सितंबर 1991 को एक संपत्ति ट्रांसफर की गई जो लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण की ओर से नगर सहायक अधिकारी संपत्ति विभाग शीतला पाल सिंह द्वारा बाबू सिंह पुत्र आरपी सिंह को की गई उस समय आरपी सिंह की उम्र 30 वर्ष थी संलग्नक का प्रथम पेज देखें Mr. Vice President, Lucknow Development Authority, a property was transferred by you on 8 September 1991, which was done by City Assistant Officer, Property Department, Sheetla Pal Singh, on behalf of Lucknow Development Authority, to Babu Singh so RP Singh, at that time RP Singh was 30 years old. see first page of attachment. श्रीमान उपाध्यक्ष महोदय लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण दिनांक 25 सितंबर 1991 आपके लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण मे दो संपत्तियां ट्रांसफर की गई पहली संपत गुड्डी सिंह के नाम ट्रांसफर की गई दूसरी संपत्ति कनिष्क कुमार सिंह के नाम ट्रांसफर की गई गुड्डी सिंह को संपत्ति राजेश कुमार द्वारा ट्रांसफर की गई जो सहायक संपत्ति अधिकारी थे आपके विभाग में उस समय और कनिष्का कुमार सिंह के नाम संपत्ति ट्रांसफर की गई सहायक नगर अधिकारी संपत्ति विभाग लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण शीतला पाल सिंह महोदय उस समय गुड्डी सिंह की उम्र 25 वर्ष बताई गई है और कनिष्क कुमार सिंह की उम्र 18 वर्ष बताई गई है श्रीमान जी कनिष्क कुमार सिंह बाबू सिंह और गुड्डू सिंह के पुत्र हैं अर्थात गर्भ स्थापन के समय गुड्डी सिंह की उम्र मात्र 6 वर्ष थी और बाबू सिंह की उम्र मात्र 11 वर्ष थी श्रीमान जी यह कैसे संभव है कि 6 वर्ष की माता और 11 वर्ष का पिता गर्भ स्थापन कर सके यह बड़ा ही अनसुलझा रहस्य है इसे वैज्ञानिक तरीके से तो सिद्ध नहीं किया जा सकता है किंतु आप और आपके विभाग में जो भ्रष्टाचार छाया हुआ है वह आपकी कार्यशैली से भी स्पष्ट है कुछ भी संभव है तभी तो आप 5 साल से इस भ्रष्टाचार के प्रकरण पर कुछ भी बोलने से भाग रहे हैं सिर्फ टालमटोल कर रहे हैं Mr. Vice President Sir Lucknow Development Authority on dated 25 September 1991 in your Lucknow Development Authority the properties were transferred first property transferred in the name of Guddi Singh second property transferred in the name of Kanishk Kumar Singh property transferred to Guddi Singh by Rajesh Kumar who was Assistant Property Officer was in your department at that time and property was transferred in the name of Kanishka Kumar Singh by the city assistant officer shitala pal Singh. It has been told that Mr. Kanishk Kumar Singh is the son of Babu Singh and Guddu Singh, that is, Guddi Singh was only 6 years old at the time of fertilization and Babu Singh was only 11 years old. Sir, how is it possible that 6 years old mother and 11 years old father could fertilize the pregnancy, this is a very unsolved mystery, it cannot be proved scientifically, but the corruption prevailing in you and your department is also evident from your working style, anything is possible only then you are Running away from saying anything on this corruption episode since 5 years, just evading.
