Because of such unscrupulous elements the applicant suffered extreme physical mental torture for several years.

General Manager State Bank Of India Customer Care Cell Local Head Office Lucknow श्रीमान जी मामला तो भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के गंगोली ब्रांच जोकि हरियाणा प्रांत के जींद डिस्ट्रिक्ट में स्थित है उससे संबंधित है यह सच है कि इस समय पैन कार्ड मेरे खाते में लगा हुआ है किंतु इससे पहले उपरोक्त शाखा में ब्रांच मैनेजर द्वारा 2 खातों में इसे जोड़ा गया था और प्रार्थी यही चाहता है कि उस शाखा प्रबंधक को ना सिर्फ निलंबित किया जाए बल्कि अब तक बर्खास्त किया जाना चाहिए था किंतु यह भ्रष्टाचार भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के कार्यों का हिस्सा है इसलिए अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा नहीं किया गया है और महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य है कि इस प्रत्यावेदन को आयकर विभाग को भेजा गया था जिससे कि उन्हें यह एहसास हो जाएगी उनके विभाग में कितना भ्रष्टाचार है विभाग द्वारा जारी पैन कार्ड को उन खातों में जोड़ा जाता है जो खाते पैन कार्ड धारक से संबंधित नहीं होते हैं और शिकायत करने पर कोई कार्यवाही भी नहीं होती है श्रीमान जी आयकर विभाग के भ्रष्ट कर्मचारी और अधिकारी इन्हीं आधारहीन तथ्यों के आधार पर एक इनोसेंट व्यक्ति को आयकर की नोटिस जारी करते हैं जो कि किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है सर्वप्रथम प्रार्थी की यह मांग है कि गंगोली ब्रांच के उस शाखा प्रबंधक को तुरंत निलंबित करके बर्खास्त कर दिया जाए जिसने प्रार्थी के पैन कार्ड को दो बैंक खातों में जोड़ा था बिना दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के और उसे पुलिस को भी सौंप दिया जाए क्योंकि ऐसे भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों का यही हश्र होना चाहिए और आयकर विभाग का जो भ्रष्ट कर्मचारी और अधिकारी प्रार्थी को गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर आयकर की नोटिस दिए थे उन सब को भी पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया जाए जिससे कि प्रकरण में न्याय हो
