2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Now Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) cryptically blocked applicants from submitting grievances on the jansunwai portal, quite obvious from the strange behaviour of the website. When I click the submit button, then after processing for a few minutes, it is stopped automatically and sometimes a message is displayed on the screen that contacts the webmaster.

The matter concerns the working of Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh), who has failed in providing satisfactory services. Please take action against the aforementioned officer.
The public IP address of my personal computer is cryptically blocked by the concerned staff so grievances submitted on the jansunwai portal are not loading completely, quite obvious from the attached document.
