  1. The matter concerns the working of Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh), who has failed in providing satisfactory services. Please take action against the aforementioned officer.
    1. My public IP address of my personal computer is cryptically blocked by the concerned staff so grievances submitted on the jansunwai portal are not loading completely, quite obvious from the attached document.

Now Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary (Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) cryptically blocked applicants from submitting grievances on the jansunwai portal, quite obvious from the strange behaviour of the website. When I click the submit button, then after processing for a few minutes, it is stopped automatically and sometimes a message is displayed on the screen that contacts the webmaster.

      Jansunwai portal is not sending OTP on the mobile number 7379105911 is reflecting lawlessness in working of Govt. machinery in U.P.


      The applicant is an anti corruption crusader and human rights defender and I always raise the matter concerning the public interest and to remove the corrupt activities from the society so most of the corrupt public functionaries hatch conspiracy to suppress the voice of a whistleblower. They do not like that applicants may be the voice of the vulnerable section in the government machinery.

      This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir, how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Whatever comments you make, it is your responsibility to use facts. You may not make unwanted imputations against any body which may be baseless otherwise commentator itself will be responsible for the derogatory remarks made against any body proved to be false at any appropriate forum.

    On the one side of the screen government of Uttar Pradesh headed by Yogi Adityanath is providing good governance in their own words but the factual position is that they are only showing that they are providing good governance but factual position is that they are blocking the aggrieved people from submitting the grievance on the jansunwai portal

    यदि उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार गरीबों की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए वास्तव में तत्पर है तो वह खुद स्पष्ट करें कि वह योगी एमपी सिंह को जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर लोगों के प्रार्थना पत्र को प्रस्तुत करने से क्यों रोक रही है क्यों अरविंद मोहन जनसुनवाई पोर्टल को मनमाने तरीके से चला रहा है
