This is a humble request of the applicant to the chief medical officer and the CMS of the divisional hospital Mirzapur to take action in the matter to provide the salary of the month of January 2022. Herewith an application submitted by the aggrieved staff posted as lab technicians dated 30 August 2022 addressed to the chief medical officer Mirzapur and received in the office of the chief medical officer Mirzapur on the same date is attached to the grievance. The name of the aggrieved applicants are Ashutosh Kumar Yadav Dhirendra Singh, Shubham Yadav, Akhilesh Singh, Vishal Yadav who have made repeated representations before the chief medical officer and concerned clerk. It is most unfortunate that chief medical officer Mirzapur instead of taking solid action in the matter he advises the aggrieved applicants to make contact with the concerned clerk. Since the applicant is a human rights activist and it is a matter of human rights violation, the applicant wants to curb such activities from the system and society. I expect that the aforementioned officer will explain its stand in the matter in a transparent and accountable manner and will provide the reason for withholding the salary of the poor staff. There are nearly 14 staff, but salary was withheld of only 5 out of 14 which is an injustice and biased approach concerning the working of chief medical officer Mirzapur. It is quite obvious that on one side of the screen chief medical officers and other senior staff are drawing huge salaries from the public exchequer but those staff drawing little amounts are being targeted in an arbitrary manner.
