Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform.
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence.
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in trailing e-mail representation, your applicant raised matter concerned with media stunt, to be honest of the eye of the people.

श्री मान जी भारतीय जनता पार्टी के योगी सरकार में पूर्व की तरह दो तरह की दलिया छोटे छोटे पैकेट्स में आगन बाडी कार्यकर्त्री को छोटे छोटे बच्चो में बाटने के लिए दिया जाता है जिसमे दो तरह की दलीया होती है अर्थात मीठा और नमकीन मीठी दलिया की क्वालिटी कुछ सही होती है जो स्टैण्डर्ड मेन्टेन करने के काम आती है किन्तु बहुत से नमकीन दलीया के पैकेट्स में कंक्रीट की अशुधीमिली रहती है इसका कारण है की नमूने के पैकेट्स को अच्छा तैयार किया जाता और शेष में सिर्फ औपचारिकता रहती है | किन्तु योगी आदित्यनाथ सर को इसकी कानो कान खबर नही होती है | सच कहा गया है दीपक तले अधेरा |

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon'ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that why corrupt leaders and politicians are shielding wrongdoers in the department of children development and nutritious food who siphoned millions of rupees in purchase of nutritious food ingredients meant to children.

2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that Almost 70 years after Independence and more than two decades of high growth, almost 40% of children in the country are still malnourished – that is they are stunted or have low height for their age. Successive governments have failed in putting in place a comprehensive and coherent strategy in place address the problem of malnutrition. Whether such statistics is not alarming and frightening. These laymen lacking public spirit are playing game with the health and hygiene of children must be forbidden. These people must be subjected to lawful scrutiny in order to ensure their guilt so that proper next proceedings may be carried out.

This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice.
