An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek action against the growing practice of serving obscene posts to readers like contents of porn websites causing adverse impact on the youths specially girls .
Prayer-Please direct the government of India to frame a transparent and accountable mechanism regarding the working of face book and make identity of the people public and no account be opened without Aadhar card .
Most revered Sir/Madam –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir/Madam, with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement
.2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is the principle of natural justice that if any action is taken against any body, then he is provided opportunity to be heard but face book India acts arbitrarily with the users of the face book. At least they had to inform me and had to provide me time that because of this reason such and such, I would like to block you or action such and such will be taken against you . But the face book India does not do so which is ultra vires to constitution of India.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly face book is not the public property but if it is carrying out its business in this country and it has to follow the some standard set up norms as regulations of this country but it seems that staffs of the face book do not follow the framework of constitution instead prefers arbitrary actions full of tyranny. If it is not true then concerned staffs of the face book may explain when did they inform me that they will block me of the face book and did they provide the reason to do so?
Undoubtedly wealth is the supreme power in this mortal world but can't suppress the voices of everyone as there are still followers of truth who are raising the voices without being fascinated with the wealth working for humanity and following links are true pictures of Facebook claiming to be largest networking sites in the world and hankering after wealth by adopting unethical practices.
