Most revered Sir/Madam –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir/Madam, with due respect to the following submissions as follows.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement

.2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is the principle of natural justice that if any action is taken against any body, then he is provided opportunity to be heard but face book India deleted the entire posts of the applicant from his timeline. At least they had to inform me and had to provide me time that because of this reason such and such, I would like to delete the post on date and so on. But the face book India did not do so which is ultravires to constitution of India.

3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly face book is not the public property but if it is carrying out its business in this country and it has to follow the some standard set up norms as regulations of this country but it seems that staffs of the face book do not follow the framework of constitution instead prefers arbitrary actions full of tyranny. If it is not true then concerned staffs of the face book may explain when did they inform me that they will delete the entire posts from the timeline of the face book of the applicant as aforementioned and did they provide the reason to do so?

4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following is the email sent by the aggrieved Mr Sudalai Kumar who wanted to share the link from my blog to the time line of his face book account but he was not allowed to do so. Whether the menu of the face book account holders will be decided by the face book staffs as being done?

Freedom of Speech and expression means the right to express one's own convictions and opinions freely by words of mouth, writing, printing, pictures or any other mode. It thus includes the expression of one's idea through any communicable medium or visible representation, such as gesture, signs, and the like.

5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether the post made by the Face book account holders is the intellectual property of face book account holders or face book proprietor undoubtedly it is matter of great concern after the arbitrary deletion of the posts made on the timeline by the applicant from his blogs. Now it has been evident that all those cases slapped on the offenders because of their illegal activities on the face book must be slapped on the staffs of the face book India. As the master entire materials available on the site of face book belongs to proprietor of face book.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

Yesterday I deleted my facebook account as protest against illegal deletion of posts from my facebook account by the staffs of facebook India under the pressure of corrupt public functionaries of government who were feeling insecure because of my anti-corruption crusade. Honesty is the best policy but facebook is making failed efforts to suppress the voices of honesty.

Sir you have not taken seriously my representation dated 28th October 2019 therefore yesterday I had deleted my Facebook account because I know that I have no other option except to delete the Facebook account. Respected sir I remained active on your Facebook platform since more than 15 years and remained mute spectator of various social evils which were being perpetrated through the the Facebook platform and when complaint was made then no staff of the Facebook took seriously the complaint and it is most unfortunate that my simple and straight post which where posted in order to inform to surroundings were against the community standard after 15 years of service whether it is not cryptic dealing? Sir my entire posts were based on documentary evidences and contained relevant attachment along with it but were arbitrarily deleted which pained me intensely. Sir policies are not only formulated to earn money, everyone has Duty for the humankind as well. Sir, you know well what your staff has done.

Hon'ble Sir-Undoubtedly initially it troubled me that my posts from face book were deleted because I was not apprised with the inscrutable face of sphinx but now I have no grudge to you because an honest may never expect any kind of help from a wrongdoer. Undoubtedly integrity of the Facebook is no more secure and the company which sells data of the Facebook users, how can align with the anti-corruption crusaders as they have no money in their pockets to gratify the greedy fellows of Facebook India. The man thirsty of worldly pleasures and addict of amassing huge wealth can never be instrumental in promotion and inculcating virtues in the society as his intuition will never support such constructive works.

Undoubtedly wealth is the supreme power in this mortal world but can't suppress the voices of everyone as there are still followers of truth who are raising the voices without being fascinated with the wealth working for humanity and following links are true pictures of Facebook claiming to be largest networking sites in the world and hankering after wealth by adopting unethical practices.
