* Prayer or Relief Sought Whether PIO, L.D.A. is outlawed as not a single R.T.I. request is being entertained by him and most unfortunate is that the senior rank accountable public functionaries are mute spectators of it. Whether it is not reflecting anarchy in the working of L.D.A. that it is overlooking the grievances forwarded to it by the office of his excellency ipso facto. Here PIO failed to provide the information to the information seekers within the stipulated time frame as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. It seems that there is loyalty to service rendered by the PIO, L.D.A. quite obvious from frequent violations of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. After all L.D.A. has thrown the order passed by High court judicature into the trash consequently such blunders are minute errors for the staff of L.D.A..

ReplyDeleteमहामहिम राष्ट्रपति महोदय द्वारा प्रकरण को मुख्य सचिव उत्तर प्रदेश शासन को भेजा गया और मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य सचिव के कार्यालय द्वारा यह प्रकरण शहरी विकास विभाग को भेजा गया और वहां से यह प्रकरण लखन विकास प्राधिकरण को भेजा गया और उससे संबंधित सूचना चाही गई है असमंजस की स्थिति यह है कि लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण कोई सूचना किसी भी सूचना आवेदक को देना ही नहीं चाहता है क्योंकि उन लोगों को भय है कि सूचना बाहर जाएगी तो वह जनता के बीच निर्वस्त्र हो जाएंगे
ReplyDeleteIn my personal opinion department of government of Uttar Pradesh is doing nothing in favor of citizens of the state they do the correspondence till the time when they mislead the citizens and when it is over they stop making correspondence with the complainant because they know that after that they will be exposed
