The matter concerns Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited and fee paid by the applicant Rs.250 is paid to Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited quite obvious from the attached receipt paid on the website of the U.P.P.C.L. ipso facto.

Sir, whether the payment receipt attached to the grievance is not visible to concerned public staff who are submitting the arbitrary reports in the matter. It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of the contents of the receipt made available by the concerned body when the application was made by the applicant. Applicant ID-181012933, Bank transaction number-618946392, Application fee-Rs.250.00, Payment status-Success, Payment date-06-10-2018. More than three years passed, but Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited failed to set up a rooftop solar panel application system and subordinate staff are submitting arbitrary reports after long procrastination. Whether it is justifying in the wide public interest that government functionaries are itself befooling the common citizens in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित For installation of Solar Rooftop, willing customer has to apply on www.upnedasolarrooftopportal.com. The beneficiary has to select vendor from the empaneled list of vendors provided in the portal. After that vendor inspects the site for feasibility and work is executed. No fees is charged for rooftop application till Dec 2021. Defaulters have created fake websites which charges money for application of Solar Rooftop. Strict action is being taken against such defaulters.

Do you think that the report is consistent with the prayer made in the grievance. Here the matter concerns the already paid Rs.250 to the U.P.P.C.L. on its website. Here applicant is not asking for the discription of the scheme and how it is implemented? Undoubtedly corruption is rampant because staff of the government of Uttar Pradesh always run away from the submissions of the grievance.Which is quite obvious from their cryptic and mysterious dealings.Undoubtedly it is not good governance but it is full of lawlessness and anarchy.

ReplyDeleteयह स्कीम सिर्फ जनता को बेवकूफ बनाकर पैसा वसूल ना था जैसा कि आजकल इंटरनेट पर अक्सर हो रहा है यह बहुत बड़ी साजिश थी कोई स्कीम नहीं था सिर्फ एक प्रयास था कि कैसे लोगों को मूर्ख बनाया जाए जोकि बखूबी हो रहा है मोदी और योगी की सरकार में इस समय भ्रष्टाचार अपने चरम पर है इसका कोई हल नहीं है और इस तरह की घटनाएं काफी आम है इन्हें रोका जाना चाहिए किंतु रोकने के लिए पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही होना चाहिए जहां पर शिकायतों का निस्तारण ही मनमाना जवाब लगाकर किया जाता है वहां पर अच्छाई की उम्मीद कैसे की जा सकती है
