Why is SBI not sending OTP on the registered mobile number for success of transaction? If the Global card was dysfunctional, why did state bank of India deduct the charge of the Global card? For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.
The matter concerns Global card digits as 5446700049437177 is not working from the date it was issued but the state bank of India deducted the annual charges from my account.
I made contact with Contact Centre 1800 11 2211 unfortunately they adopted a lackadaisical approach to resolve the issue.
Open the phone SMS page using your registered mobile number.
Create a new SMS by typing SWON ECOM enter last four digits of the debit card and send it to 092239 66666.
The SBI bank system will review the request and enable the online transaction feature on your debit card.

Master card validity up to Feb-2021 bearing 16 digits as 5596010032470039 lost its validity on the first of February. After repeated complaints and procrastination, the branch manager of City Branch State Bank of India District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh issued a global card as substitution of the master card and he misled the applicant that mastercard is not available right now but assured to make it available later on. I said that for google domain renewal, I need mastercard, he assured me that global cards can also be instrumental in international transactions. Today I tried to add one year more extension through payment of Rs.1699.20 to my google domain unfortunately it was declined by the state bank of India. I have attached the screenshot of the failed transaction which says your card issuer declined the payment.
It is most unfortunate that he/the branch manager failed to provide a master card and today I made efforts to make a transaction through GLOBAL Card issued by the branch manager arbitrarily at the place of the earlier mastercard.

From SBI LHO BHUBNESWAR on 21/06/2022 approved Report remarks The OTP for the said transaction appears to be shared as per the log report. The details of SMS log report sent to customer. Thus it appears that the credential was shared with the 3rd party, which comes under customer negligence for which the Bank is not liable. Hence the complaint may be treated as dealt with and closed.

Branch manager City branch State Bank of India stated in its reply as follows. We have informed customer regarding the card activation process as the card held with the customer is inactive after the activation process all the services related to the debit card will resume. I want to draw the kind attention of the accountable staff of the State Bank of India to the screen shot taken from the internet banking of the applicant which is categorically showing that ATM card issued to the applicant is active so there is no need to initiate the process of activation because process of activation has been already carried out by the applicant and the branch manager city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur only misleading the not only applicant but the senior rank officers of the State Bank of India. Think about the gravity of the situation that the entire customer care of the State Bank is saying that the ATM card is activated and showing active but the branch manager

Branch manager is saying that the ATM card is inactive and redressing the grievances arbitrarily which is the root cause of numerous grievances are being submitted by the applicant. Multiple grivances on the same subject is being submitted because of the incompetence of the branch manager of the city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur . मैं भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के जवाबदेह कर्मचारियों का ध्यान आवेदक के इंटरनेट बैंकिंग से लिए गए स्क्रीन शॉट की ओर शाखा प्रबंधक कह रहा है कि एटीएम कार्ड निष्क्रिय है और शिकायतों का मनमाने ढंग से निवारण कर रहा है जो कि मूल कारण है आवेदक की ओर से कई शिकायतें की जा रही हैं। भारतीय स्टेट बैंक जिला मिर्जापुर की नगर शाखा के शाखा प्रबंधक की अक्षमता के कारण एक ही विषय पर कई शिकायतें प्रस्तुत की जा रही हैंश्री मान आज भारतीय स्टेट बैंक दुर्व्यवस्था और अक्षमता का शिकार है क्योकि स्टाफ के रूप में अधिकतर महिलाए है जो कार्यालय सम्बन्धी कार्य में कोई रूचि नहीं दिखाती अर्थात जब कार्य नहीं करना है तो घर बैठे सोचिये जो बाहर नोट है व्यथा निवारण का वह  इस प्रकार है From SBI LHO BHUBNESWAR on 21/06/2022 approved Report remarks The OTP for the said transaction appears to be shared as per the log report. Hence the complaint may be treated as dealt with and closed. जब की शाखा प्रबंधक की रिपोर्ट है We have informed customer regarding the card activation process as the card held with the customer is inactive after the activation process all the services related to the debit card will resume. श्री मान जी इस समय भारतीय स्टेट बैंक भ्रष्टाचार अपनी समस्त सीमाओं का अतिक्रमण कर चुका है श्री मान जी इंटरनेट बैंकिंग का ओ टी पी आता है श्री मान जी ब्रांच मैनेजर ने मुझसे कहा ग्लोबल कार्ड ज्यादा सिक्योर है मास्टर कार्ड की तुलना में अब मै समझा ग्लोबल कार्ड में मैनीपुलेशन ज्यादा संभव है पांच वर्ष से मास्टर कार्ड यूज़ उसमे यह परेशानी नहीं आयी अरे कम से कम भ्र्ष्टाचार ख़त्म करों
