* Description of Information Sought Here information seeker wants to get information regarding the misuse of section 151/107/116 of the criminal penal code by the station officer Mau Aima District -Prayagraj comes under police circle Soraon. To curb the misuse of section 151/107/116, government of Uttar Pradesh in order to comply with the direction of the High court of judicature at Allahabad issued the circular dated 09 September 2021 attached as Page 1 of the attached PDF document. Form the contents of the aforementioned circular, it was directed to entire accountable staff of the department of police that powers provided to police officer under section 151/107/116 of the criminal penal code is discretionary power of police must be used with due caution otherwise pecuniary penalty of Rs.25000 may be imposed on the police if found guilty of the abusing the tools
Public information officer in the office of senior superintendent of police may provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Police may provide a reasonable cause and findings prompted police to fabricate the information seeker under section 151/107/116 of the criminal penal code.
2-Provide the findings of Dial 112 police when they reached the site and how the construction of a room being made on a 100 years old demolished mud house was illegal.

यहां सूचना चाहने वाले प्रार्थी को आपराधिक दंड संहिता की धारा 151/107/116 के दुरुपयोग के संबंध में थाना अधिकारी मऊ आइमा जिला-प्रयागराज पुलिस सर्कल सोरांव के अंतर्गत आता है. से सूचना अपेक्षित है श्री मान जी धारा 151/107/116 के दुरुपयोग को रोकने के लिए, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के निर्देश का पालन करने के लिए दिनांक 09 सितंबर 2021 का परिपत्र जारी किया संलग्न पीडीएफ दस्तावेज़ के पृष्ठ 1 के रूप में संलग्न है। उपरोक्त परिपत्र की सामग्री के रूप में, इसके द्वारा पुलिस विभाग के पूरे जवाबदेह कर्मचारियों को निर्देशित किया गया था कि आपराधिक दंड संहिता की धारा 151/107/116 के तहत पुलिस अधिकारी को प्रदान की गई शक्तियां पुलिस की विवेकाधीन शक्ति का उपयोग सावधानी के साथ किया जाना चाहिए अन्यथा प्रावधानों का दुरुपयोग करने का दोषी पाए जाने पर पुलिस पर 25000 रुपये का आर्थिक जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है
