Grievance Description- An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek justice for a senior citizen crushed because of rampant corruption in the public system of the government of India. Request made to Registrar General, Allahabad High Court for action, as appropriate. Current Status Case closed Date of Action 09/12/2019 Remarks The grievance has been forwarded to Registrar General, Allahabad High Court for action, as appropriate. It is an unfortunate that Registrar took under teeth the request made by the ministry of justice, Government of India. Whether it does not reflect the tyranny of Indian judiciary which overlooked rule of law. Consequently, applicant requests to take action in the matter, and they may fix accountability as required under the law. The government may not spare a wrongdoer irrespective of caste, creed, religion, status and rank. Undoubtedly it is too much surprising that post reached Lucknow from Mirzapur in 3 days, but it is unfortunate that it took more than 1 year but is still not reached the office of the subordinate judge which is dealing with the matter from the office of district judge Lucknow. Whether it is not a mockery of the law of land is being committed by the office of the District Judge, Lucknow itself? Current Status Case closed   Date of Action 22/02/2021
Remarks-The administrative control over the subordinate judiciary in the States vests with the concerned High Court and the respective State Government. The petitioner, if so advised, to approach the appropriate forum to resolve the grievance.

Appeal Text -The matter concerns the failure of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh. When both administration and court overlooked the grievances concerned with the deep-rooted corruption, then in frustration, door of ministry of law and justice knocked. When Registrar general also overlooked the representation of the applicant forwarded by the ministry of justice, then think about the status of rule of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Please forward the matter to registrar general High court of judicature as reminder because to overlook the forwarded can never be in accordance with the framework of the constitution. Current Status Appeal Closed Remarks- I have gone through the final reply of PG Officer of this Department. I have also gone through the points raised in the appeal. It is reiterated that the administrative control over the subordinate judiciary in the States vests with the concerned High Court and the respective state Government. If the appellant so desire, he may approach Registrar General of the High court with his grievance. Officer Concerns ToOfficer Name- Shri Niraj Kumar GayagiOfficer Designation-Joint Secretary

Lackluster performance of Gov. The aforementioned grievance redressed by the government of Uttar Pradesh on 31/05/2022 with comment प्रकरण में अग्रेतर कार्यवाही हेतु दिनांक 31.05.2022 को महानिबन्ध क, मा0 उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद को पत्र प्रेषित किया गया है This implies that government of Uttar Pradesh took 10 months to decide that whether the matter can be forwarded to registrar general of High court of Judicature or not. Think about it, for deciding who can redress the grievances of the aggrieved, a long span of time is taken by the government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether the competence of the staff of the government may not be questioned?
